Greg Garrett is very good at what he does. He knows what needs to be done in order to get the home you want. He does not play games. He takes this very seriously and treats every customer like they are the only thing that matters. My husband and I were looking for a home a little over a year ago (Febuary 2015) It did not take us long to find the house we wanted once we got serious and asked Greg to be our agent. Greg told us exactly what we needed to do to get the house we wanted. His office told us 15 hours after making offer on the home we liked, it was ours. And he was by our side every step of the way for the BUYING process. We had questions, he answered them with confidence. We know people that (even tho we recomended Greg) they chose someone else. They are still looking. In order to get exactly what you want, you NEED to get serious and hire a professional. Greg Garrett is that professional. We would NEVER recomend anyone else. He deserves 5 stars out of 5. If there was 10 stars, we would give him that.
