Frustrating. Using IOS on iPad. Needed chat help to update cart and then again to check out. Everything looks OK at last. The folks at GreetingCardUniverse, reached out and ensured that everything was to my satisfaction. I am updating my review because they checked back with me even after my order was booked and my credit card was charged.

I had some confusion about the cost. I thought 10 or more cards would be 2.29 each, turned out to be 3.09. I was confused. I went ahead and placed my order. I was notified later that I had been credited $10 since I did not apply a promotion code that was available. I didn't see the code but will look more carefully next time. Even so, I was granted the refund without even having to ask for it. This is appreciated and I will order again.

So far I have found this site has quite the best search facility I have come across and an extensive and varied selection of greeting cards. Really impressed. The cards are great and the envelopes are not flimsy, either. Delivery was quick, especially given the current overload at the Post Office. Certainly can be trusted. I will be using again and recommending. Thank you

Lovely choice of cards and good prices. In most of them beautiful verses too which was a surprise. Were wrapped between 2 pieces of card but not on ends and one was a bit creased on the end but perhaps this can be looked in to. All in all though I was really pleased and shall use again with no hesitation.

This is a great site for greeting cards! I can find just about anything I might want here, and they are personalized. The big bonus is that they cost no more than cards you buy at the store, even when you add in the shipping costs.

I was looking for cards for silly holidays and stumbled upon this site. I had a blast picking out one for each month and was pleasantly surprised by how good the quality was at such a low price! They shipped quickly and I'm excited to share them with others.

The card was of a higher quality than I expected. It is getting harder to find greeting cards that reflect best wishes from a Christian point of view. The card material was of a good cardstock, beautifully colored, with cut outs to enhance the cover and it looked like it cost more than it actually did. It was quite reasonably priced. The card and envelope came well-packaged and arrived in pristine condition. Glad to find your site.

I previously wrote a scathing review of this company. After it was published, Shaun e-mailed me again, looked back at the records, saw the correct name had indeed been entered by me. He has promised me that he will have the real-deal card to me by Monday! The only reason I did not give them five stars is that it would have been nice if he had had access to my problem as he talked to me the first time. It would have saved me--and him--so much stress. Thanks, Shaun, for having the interest to pursue this matter to this fortunate end.

Your organized & repetitive letters matching my interest was very impressive. You have simply changed cards ASAP, then including 1st, middle, back fast image changes - then friendly comments & unfortunately not robotic within today's World!

A nice huge selection of cards. Your search engine might need some slight improvement as it showed me types of cards I had not asked to see but I just scrolled past and had plenty of choices for what I did want.
