As a first time customer I was very pleased with my plants, their health, the way they were packaged and the speed of delivery. A great experience all round.
Very good service, delivery took 5 days but this was a delay by Australia Post and no fault of supplier. Plants were very well packed so we're still in good condition.

I was contacted as item not in stock & was given option of a refund or wait until stock available. Chose to wait for stock and email received to confirm this.

Im sorry that your order has taken a little while to organise. It's a very difficult time of year, as many of our suppliers are closed from Christmas through to mid Jan. We've finally got in contact with our supplier just this morning, and they have confirmed that the stock has just become available. We've ordered them and will dispatch to you asap.

They had a plant I've been looking for for ages. The price was a bit steep, but given the rare nature of the plant it was worth it to buy. Shipping was very fast. Plant was in fantastic condition and well packaged.
The site wouldn't accept my address so I contacted the company by email. They tried it from their end and found the same so made up an invoice and emailed it so I could get the goods I wanted

The delivery was so fast & my new little baby turned up in great condition- plenty of padding ensured it was not damaged in transit. I just Need to provide perfect growing conditions & pray for pink.

My plant was bigger than expected, but turned up without a pot. In lockdown finding a pot quickly and soil is not easy. I think it was in shock being out of soil and now has a big leaf dying
Hi Sarah. Thanks for ordering from us and for taking the time to leave a review. The product page for the Philodendron Florida mentions that the plant will be sent bare rooted, wrapped in sphagnum moss. We do send most of our plants in their pot, but this can be hard to do for the larger plants. We will always indicate how a plant will be sent in the shipping information on the product page. We've sent several Philodendon Florida in the post this way without any issues. These are hardy plants and we avoid any stress to the roots by leaving the bulk of soil surrounding the roots in place when we add the sphagnum moss. Please email us if you have any concerns regarding the health of your plant or if you would like some care advice.
