I paid for the subscription and never got the product. I was never allowed full access into the site. When I complained to PayPal that I wanted my money back, they said they could get out of it because it is a digital product. Unbelievable. I'm thinking about suing PayPal over it if they don't do something. Maybe then they will shut them down. Horrible.
Okay, Your app is great and it helps me show that I can type better than I used to do. But why pay to get better help I guess make it for free, and yeah you might lose tons of money but people out there can't afford those things. Thank you
I've been using Grammarly for about 5 years now. It helps me check tons of texts that I write mostly in Google Docs - the integration works well for me. I write a lot. Grammarly weekly reports often tell me I am more productive than 99% of users. I can't even imagine proofreading everything manually.
I found Grammarly less than useful and sometimes misleading. Okay for free maybe. Most annoying was that they do not give a reminder when your subscription is up. Two days after mine ran out the best they gave me was a partial refund with a one-month subscription that I will not use. Watch out.
Grammarly is a waste of money and has pitiful customer service. They spent 4 years in their forum avoiding the question of language settings and then deleted the whole thread when I pointed out how ridiculous it was that they took so long to address it. Google 'Grammarly reviews' for evidence of how the service doesn't work.

After a hundred ads of Grammarly on Youtube I finally thought of giving it a try as the main thing flashing was IT"S FREE! IT"S FREE. And of course I knew id be getting basic functionality unless I go premium. But that's okay I thought. But guess what!? I got NOTHING. How do I know? Well I typed a document of six lines and then waited eagerly to see the transformation. But it said I have already done a "great job!" and I have "good clarity!" Wow! And of course. There are 17 mistakes. Which they can show me once I go premium. SERIOUSLY? Hilarious. Should have gone with my gut instinct and just continued to watching my video anyways.
Grammarly has been so beneficial to me when I'm writing reviews, memos, comments etc. When I use the wrong grammar, grammarly always assisting me with correcting the errors and suggesting other words making my statements stronger.
Rather than correcting my mistakes and therein pushing me to be a lazier writer, the exact opposite has happened since I started using Grammarly. I have become more in-tune with the flow of my writing and it really has helped my vocabulary flourish too!
Not only does it help with spelling but also with professionalism.If you pay attention to how it corrects your sentence structure, you can also learn from it. I have noticed that I correct myself in speaking as well. Keep up the great work guys!
I love and appreciate that you offer us access for free, as it is very useful for non-profit associations or volunteers. Especially the quality and efficiency it provides, in its free version; not to mention the additional and wonderful benefits of paying a subscription.
I started using this at my last company. We were trying to help our recruiting team write better emails and review resumes for grammar. I ended up using it for all sorts of things both professional and personal. Now I can't live without it.

I recently installed Grammarly and love the free version. I decided to upgrade and after a day or so realized that I didn't really need the full version. I sent a cancellation request and within 20 minutes they had processed the cancellation and refunded my PayPal account. Cancelling a service is typically such a hassle but I can't thank Grammarly enough for how easy and painless this was. Great tool and I would definitely recommend them!

I'm a Brazilian technology and innovation analyst, I've been studying English since I was 8 years old. Using Grammarly helps me recover many important aspects of the language related to reading, writing, speaking, grammar, and punctuation.
Since I jumped on the Grammarly board my writing has improved tremendously and my confidence has grown as well. In fact, I prefer Grammarly to Spell Check in my word documents. The only thing which keeps me wondering is the premium numbers giving an idea of the words I missed. If you are looking for something to help you or your children in high school Grammarly is a great choice. I recommended the app to anyone looking to improve their writing skills.
I cannot give a good or bad rating, so I chose to go average, which isn't terrible, but I can only use the grammar checker, and none of the premium stuff which is what I am very curious about. I may still end up purchasing, but my fear is that once I do, I will not like it. Why could I not get a weeks trial or something like that? I am wanting to write a lot more and would love a program like this, I just don't want to make a blind purchase, thank you. I will change my review if I can actually try out the premium stuff.

Answer: Make sure you have set it to your language, as the default is American English, and you may need to change it. If you don't need to, remember that you could have failed for other reasons (not enough information, too much information, using Grammarly as a tool that will get everything right etc.).
Answer: There is a limit, but I find that only a minor inconvenience. If the document goes over the size limit, just cut and paste the document by halves or thirds and run Grammarly checks on each part.
