18$+ for a pint of liquid and 5 pieces of chicken. Everything was too sweet and that was the worst nan I ever had was hard and flavorless

I have registered my address and credit card, But every time I order, i have to reregister. Terrible experience
Despite creating and updating an account, i get promoted to enter my address adn credit card every time i order
I used Grabull on an iPhone, and through a browser window opened by google maps. The total charge that I was charged on checkout did not match the charge for the items shown in may cart. The total charge was also not shown to me at any stage before the very final page where the 'submit order' button was located. It looks like hidden fees from Grabull may not properly explained or shown fully across all platforms. Just warning people about fees that may not be presented transparently.
I don't see order details, prices, taxes and fees until order is done. Not the best way to do business.
Check out page froze and reloaded. This space requires 50 characters even though I didn't need that many
Website was kind of glitchy
I had things in my cart for less than 5 minutes
Went to pay and added card details and then it timed me out and erased my cart
Could not see the price all the way at the second to last page, need to be able to see the price on every page

Lower fees and better for restaurants, i use Grabull instead of the gh, dd, and ue when it is an option.
The experience was what you would expect: I placed the order, received an email confirmation, and then the food was delivered. The cost savings compared to Grubhub and Uber Eats is significant.
It was great to use the site. Was able to combine the catering and standard food in one order. Catering provided great discounts! It would have been helpful to understand with catering for pizza that there was a minimum of 3 pizza's per flavor. It would have been great to have been able to inform the vendor for the salad catering that we wanted a tray instead of individual meals, I called and had that option applied.
The food was great.
