The items were shipped quickly in excellent quality and with great designs. Second time using this website and I have been extremely pleased with their products and service quality.
I ordered last month on July 24th
2 weeks ago they emailed me stating it will be shipped asap they couldn't do a refund because its already printing. 2 weeks later still printing either its the world's slowing printer or they just collect everyone's money then months later print them.
Very pleased with my new shirts and service quality. A friend recommended this website and first I thought he did it for some bring-new-customer bonus but now I know for sure that wasn't the case and he really meant it.
They say it will ship in 3-5 days. They're LIARS! Go elsewhere. They're very dishonest. You can't get in touch with no one. They'll take your money claiming your item will ship in 3-5 days. You're lucky if you get it in 2 months. Customer service is non existence.
The shirts were exactly as advertised and also fit well! The quality of the fabric was exceptional, printing was top notch and delivery was quick. Their customer service was second to none.

Do not bother! I always read reviews and forgot on this occasion and have been stung because I didn't! Ordered on May 20th for a June 16th birthday and it is still not here. Put in a dispute with PayPal suddenly they can email me personally! My item has not even been shipped yet so I told them to keep it and refund it. Apparently my item is customised so until I receive it I cannot get a refund as I will need to send it back! It is not customised it is a generic t-shirt they sell! I said well I do not need it now birthday has gone and want money. Repeated the custom comment again and the fact it is printed immediately after the order is placed! Y question back as to why I had not received it yet then if the process was so quick has still not been answered. Very disappointing!

I ordered a shirt AFTER I called to confirm it would arrive by June 9th, this was May 1st. Emailed them today June 1st and they are still "printing" it. They refunded me 10%, which is roughly $4, i will be disputing this charge with my cc company.
I gave gossgear.com another chance to do the right thing and they failed again. They promised to deliver a tee shirt for my daughter's birthday by April 28th. It is now April 30th and it has still not been delivered. They said that it is in production and could not be refunded. You cannot trust gossgear.com. Apparently they don't think that their promises matter.
They promised to have an item delivered by yesterday. It was a birthday present. I tried to cancel the order when it was not delivered on time but they said it was in production and could not be canceled. If it is still in production it will probably be a week or more late. In summary they promised one thing (delivery in time for a birthday) and when they failed to deliver they would not allow me to cancel the order. You cannot trust gossgear.com
QUALITY of the items which I received were excellent and in top quality! Wide range of Designs to choose from are fantastic, was very happy with the items. The design on the shirt was fantastic, Full marks to the designer!

Do not order the masks, it's like putting a piece of plastic over your face and no one will be able to read what it says the letters are so big. I ordered 3 masks only received 2.
