Called and talked to a customer service rep and he took care of everything. Got the order straightened out, the product was as described.

I placed my order and received it within 2 days. All items were received and the price was lower than the same products would have cost on other on-line stores. Shipping costs were also very reasonable.

My order arrived quickly
August 2, 2019

My order arrived quickly. Next step, we need to have meter sealed by Weights & Measures. Then it will go on one of our spaces. I'm hoping it will work out fine, because our park needs to replace the old meters we are using. I plan on buying 5-10 month, to replace old meters with digital ones.

The basics of some product lines are stocked in lots of places, but Gordon also offers the hard-to-find items that make the job go a lot easier, and they keep the prices reasonable so it makes sense to go there for even non-special items to save on shipping. A valuable resource for my work.

I have been SO frustrated trying to replace bulbs in 2 bathroom vanities. So when I found Gordon Electric Supply online that carried the exact size, voltage, brand I was hopeful.
I ordered the bulbs and they are now filling the spots where bulbs were burned out!
Very satisfied and grateful with my order!

So far so good... thank you

The products really did not work all that well for me. They seemed just not strong enough, and too bendable for my particular application. I am disabled and it is a challenge for me to go to town. However, I wish this time I did shop local, which is what I did end up having to do anyway.

Service was great though, and you kept in touch with me throughout the whole shipping process. And it got here in good time!

The person that answered my question in regards to the correct part number was not friendly at all. I understood that he had to refer me to an 1-800# but that should have been done in a much nicer tone. Wont call you again.

Took two tries to submit the order after entering payment info. It did not work the first time, but when I reopened the shopping cart the info was still there and it seemed to work the second time. All three of the small electrical devices I ordered were shipped separately and at different times, at least one apparently directly from the factory in Mexico. They all look fine, but have not yet been installed and tested.

Easy to order and set up account as new customer. Discount prices available. Placed order on 3 July and received order on 17 July - 10 working days seemed slow for UPS ground. Overall experience rating is excellent but not outstanding.

The order didn't ship on time but I was charged for the shipping, then the order "got missed by shipping" according to the email I received and was told it would be here the next day. 4 days later it arrived.

Honestly this was my first time buying from Gordon Electric Supply. It's 50/50 as to whether I'd purchase from Gordon again but I'm leaning towards no.

Best pricing for hard to find products

Best pricing for hard to find products. Delivery was quicker than I expected considering they were in another state. Products were neatly consolidated in packaging. Very satisfied with Gordon Electric Supply.

Shipping was a little higher than expected for something that could have gone through the mail in a padded envelope for less, but it all comes down to the shipping policy of the company itself. If they only use UPS/Fedex and not the US Mail, then the lowest rate is the lowest rate. The shipping time was average, although since it is a local company to me I though it may have been faster, but it was within the standard 7-10 day window. Product choice and ease of purchase, however were exemplary. They were one of the few stores who had the items that I needed to finish a job, so it was well worth it. All things considered, I would definitely order from them again, but if it was something that was time-critical, I would probably choose will-call and just make the drive to pick it up instead of having it shipped.

It was easy to use once i thought as an electrician instead of a designer :) finding the "real" names of items is tricky, when im used to hunting as an amateur. But we made it through. I wish you carried the vintage 18/2 rayon covered lamp cord in a DIY size :) I'll never need 2500 feet of any 18/2 in a lifetime.
Thanks for having what i needed at a GREAT price.

Straightforward website, easy to look up part and order too. (and no annoying pop ups when I'm trying to look up parts... I like that).

Received my order yesterday. It was packed nicely with each battery cover individually wrapped in bubble pak. My ordering experience was great, start to finish!

Prices are excellent and for specialty parts for hazardous locations they have them all it seems. The shipping times are a little delayed. Must have missed the 3-5 day wait before it ships mentioned on their site. Thought I would have had the parts in that time, not 2 week wait time to have them in my hands to install. Overall pleased with the prices and materials but need to plan for rather high shipping prices and be able to wait 10-14 days for your items.

I ordered a light switch cover that was hard to find in any hardware store near me. I ended up paying around $16 for 1 light fixture which seems ridiculous, and when it showed up, it was slightly bent. I didn't bother sending it back because I didn't want to deal with the hassle and additional shipping fees.

After placing my order and after they took my payment the sent me an email saying they will charge me $100.00 more for shipping because the light bulbs need extra care that's BS. They were shipped on a pallet like any other order why don't you list your full price before you get your customer on the hook.

Glad you had the part, Amazon didn't have it in stock, and your price was better. Maybe I can finally fix the bathroom fan. Rec'd the fan, took longer than I thought but was told it had to come from somewhere else. Have not opened the box yet, hope it fits in place of the old one. Appreciate the follow up regarding delivery.
