Gordon Electric had everything I needed to fix some old problems at home. Guest checkout was a bit flaky at first, but once I deciphered the process, everything went smoothly. Items arrived on time. Replaced the faulty dimmer in my kitchen with the identical switch from Gordon. Bought a spare just in case the other switch fails in the future. Kitchen lights are all back in business and my wife is a happy camper.

The process of ordering what I needed was quick and painless. Finding these small parts is usually quite hard but I was able to locate them on the site fairly quickly and they were shipped out immediately.

Great place to find odd or unusual switch plates. Quite shocked (no pun intended) at the shipping price. Could have been shipped in a padded envelope for half the money. Something to think about in the future.

The service on the website is very good but the shipping charges are horrible. I doubt I would be a return customer. The light has been delivered but since I'm traveling I haven't yet seen the item which was picked up by my daughter or been able to install and check it.

Unit price was good@$4.31 ea.which is why I purchased them through you. $2.06 per unit for S&H brought it up to $6.37 per unit. Still a good out the door price, I think. All 5 fluorescent light bulbs arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was great. No way could the bulbs have been broken! Thank you very much.

Unusual need for old style shade

Unusual need for old style shade. Dimensions of base compared to old piece hard to be sure it will fit as it depends on where the 1.63 inch dimension is measured.

The new shades did not fit well and needed putty to stay in place

Found what I needed through a web search and you had the best price including shipping. There was a good photo of the item plus the information about the appliance to match which was great because the part number has changed twice. Check out was easy but would like to see you accept PayPal. I bought two parts because this isn't the first replacement and likely not to be the last.

I received the shipping notice and fedex tracking number on Tuesday (05/12/15), but the package didn't actually begin traveling until Friday (05/15/15). It then moved normally and arrived on Tuesday (05/19/15). It was a little frustrating for three days with a tracking number, but no movement through the fedex system. However, all is well that ends well. The product is exactly as ordered. I would certainly purchase merchandise again from Gordon.

Product was as advertised but package contents for one item were incomplete. Someone had removed the wire nuts. Product, however, was still usable. Delivery time was much longer than estimated.

Recommend packaging be examined for completeness before shipping in the future.

Everything we did, from finding parts on the website, placing order, getting confirmation, receiving shipping notice to the actual receipt of the products had been smooth seamless. Our only regret was finding loose hardware inside the box of Leviton parts which indicated there were broken plastic bags on some units, letting hardware come loose. Also meant some units will be missing needed hardware.

Needed part was easy to find and order. I would prefer USPS over UPS for my location for shipping smaller items like these.

It took 10 days before shipped and another 7 days to get here after shipped. Pretty slow if you are needing this part for water.

I was able to purchase a piece that nobody within 3 towns of my home had in stock or even knew what was, but was definitely a needed part. Thank you for having it and getting it to us quickly! Nothing like when a bathroom light falls out of the wall on a wall covered by a mirror only to find out there is a plumbing pipe directly behind the tiny hole cut into the mirror for the light.

But I would recommend improvements to the website for people like me who don't know the exact item they need ahead of time. I'd be happy to talk with someone over the phone or video using Duo to provide more specific advice.
