Delivery was right on schedule. The products are amazing. As a Brooklyn (Williamsburg) born gal now living in Texas your products no only tasted fabulous & were of superior, but it brought me back to my childhood.

The first package was never shipped, so I contacted customer service. Katie was able to proactively handle a bad situation and made it right. I have already referred two new customers (they get theirs Friday in Ft Lauderdale).

So fair it's been very good. We only tried the sausage with potato and cheese which were awesome. Still have the other 3 to try. I love it that women own and operate the company. I'm sixty and remember getting turned down for positions because of my sex.

Delivery arrived on time. A friend used another service and told me about the ice cream arriving melted. Mine was packed in dry ice, so no melting. Much appreciated. I got a happy screaming call from the recipient. Could not have been better.

I had used them once and everything was perfect. The next time didn't go smoothly at all. A perishable arrived hot instead of cold. However, their customer service arranged for a refund, so that is good in my book. I will use them again.

Arrived when promised. Packaging was so cleaver delivering a delicate cake that shipped in perfect condition. Delicious cake layers and the icing, just don't get me started. German Chocolate frosting, I could eat a bowl of it.

Lobster was fresh and delicious. It was delivered during a heat wave of over 100° and left outside for several hours, but ice packs kept it cold enough. My email questions to Hancock were answered quickly with great customer service.

We have no Jewish delis where we live after moving from LA. Carmel is a wonderful place but honestly not deli stinks! This corned beef and pastrami were absolutely awesome, oh let's not forget the mustard, pickles and bread!

My sister told me how great the sugar cookies tasted and they lived up to her recommendation. They arrived fresh, individually wrapped, beautifully iced, buttery flavor, great frosting. Absolutely delicious. I will order cookies for Valentine's Day as well.
