When a company earns my accolades, I make sure to go online to give it a great review, but also tell everyone I know about them. That is how it will be with GoKeyless. First Jeremy, then Adam. Each spent over an hour going over all the pros and cons of various lock scenarios for my daughter's new home. They know the products well and understood with great patience that I didn't. Both were willing to educate and explain. That's worth a premium price, BUT... you won't pay that with GoKeyless. All the help... plus a discount! You guys are terrific... and I am grateful! Thanks GoKeyless!

I needed a few cards and they had a good price. I order 10 and when shown the shipping options is says $0.00 for 3-5 day delivery and it is selected. Since I am in no rush I accept it and move on. I supply my credit card, and stupidly click through the last review page. I say stupidly because a $20 order now has a $27 shipping charge that I never selected. Oops, too late. Had I seen that I would have cancelled and purchased elsewhere.

New owner with problems
November 4, 2015

I paid extra money to have gone and 2 doors synced, and didn't reserve that serve. If I still had to call to make gobs work, why did I pay for serve?
Jordan was very patient and helpful.
I think I will like my new locks, bug a little pricy. Paid extra so I won't have to play with the fins.
If thy are so easy to program, can just anyone reprogram them and get into my house?

Excellent service
May 19, 2015

Tom was extremely helpful to me today with questions I had about my trilogy lock. He was quick to identify possible causes of the problem and gave me tips on how to fix them. I am going to try out the possible solutions today. He was very willing to have me call him back again tomorrow if I am not able to make these solutions work. It's so nice to place a call to tech support and know that I can find someone immediately who has the expertise (without having to escalation up through multiple technicians) and who listens and understands my issue. I give Tom an A++ for customer service and technical expertise.

Quick and easy

This company is amazing. Trevor, the manager was about as professional as it gets. We had a little problem with one of the workers named Joe, and he took care of him right away. I do not think he works there anymore. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone trying to keep there loved ones safe! Good job guys

I recently purchased this Go Keyless lock for my property and I am not so tech savvy so I called into get support. I worked with the most amazing customer service rep ever! "Tyler" he walked me through all the software downloading, set up, and even trained me for future adding of other users. This was truly a refreshing experience. I suggest you ask for Tyler if you are in need of assistance with this product.

Ask for Matt in tech

Unbelievable patience and helpfulness from Matt hooking up this lock. Probably fairly simple process for someone else, but i still mess up turning the computer on and off sometimes. Walked me through the process, showed me tricks (that I will forget) and made absolutely sure I understood. Dealt with Jason for sales- had a great personality and was actually an enjoyable transaction.

STAY AWAY
August 27, 2019

Worse customer service, no knowledge of the product, order status, delivery or anything! Feel lucky if you ever get them on the phone or actually get an answer to your question. Our product is about 20 day behind schedule and they have no excuse or reason for that. They gave me a simple, "sorry about that", never a returned call or email.

I have trying to buy a keyless lock from Adam Miller a sales executive, he told me that they have installer all round the country but for the last 2 weeks they are not able to give me some local who can come and do a survey and give me a detailed quote. I have called 4-5 times Adam promises everything but what I got only run around. I hope one of the higher executive read my reviews and get back to me. Just notice if you give 1 star rating you can't even submit this survey.

We approached our local experienced locksmith to try and find a product to lock many different cabinets at our Spa. They could not find a good solution except for Cam Locks! Who wants those any more? I found GoKeyless, and in one call connected with James P. He had me send photos our project and shortly got back to me with the perfect solution. James could not have been more attentive and helpful. GoKeyless will be seeing much more of our company's business! Thank you for the great products and service!

We purchased two trilogy combination entry locks from GoKeyless. The first one was such a success, we ordered a second when we expanded. The very best thing about GoKeyless is their service after the purchase! They helped me program my lock initially - which was great - but when I had issues two years later, they helped me again. Skip and Kyle are the best and we would absolutely do business with them again!
