Their bug service don't work at all. Please read this befor signing. You have to sign and you only have 2 days to cancell. But you have to wait for the service to work at least 2 months. I been waiting for over 6 months and I still have wasps, hornets and bees, yes is almost December and I still have bugs. If you want to cancel you have to pay for a mediocre service. Costumer service is awful and when they come to "spray" they are done before 5 minutes, and I have a huge house and a huge back and front yard. I gave them 1 star because I had to select...
As I was walking out of the house going to my car to return to work, some guy shows up at my house trying to sell me this stuff. As I was getting into my car, rushing to get back to work, he told me it would be $50. Now I get an email with some contract saying that they are going to charge me $100 every few months. In person he NEVER said anything about this! I NEVER AGREED TO THIS! THIS IS A BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM! NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER do business with people who knock on your door. I GOT ROBBED! Now it's a HUGE hassle to try to get my money back. I called the phone # on the contract and waited forever to get hold of somebody. Then I finally do, and the sound quality is so poor that I can't even understand what they are saying and they simply hung up on me. My blood is BOILING RIGHT NOW like you have no idea fighting trying to undo all of this. I am infuriated beyond belief right now.
Their cusomer account website is basically useless. Cannot view my service agreement. Cannot view what by service includes. Only documents are some photos of areas of my house. Does not tell me what exactly was done durng their visit. Any information requires me callling their customer service line which takes several minutes and unfortuately their customer service couldn't answer any of my questions as to where my service agreement could be found (fortunately I printed up a hard copy upon signing up with the reps at my home the day they visited to "sell"), where I find any informantion other than my payment and future visits. I'm very disappointed. Just call, because that website won't help you.
The sales person was very transparent and friendly. I knew exactly what I was signing up for. I don't usually entertain door to door sales, but it sounded like a good deal, which it was.
My first appointment was scheduled and the technician texted me before coming out. We discussed my needs.
I chose Aptive because I feed some feral cats (all spayed and neutered lol) and I needed animal friendly options when it comes to pesticides. They insured me that everything was safe. They also removed a wasp nest free of charge!
The follow up email was extremely helpful. It showed all the pesticides that were used. The technician also left a detailed comment on what was done.
I had a minor issue after the first visit and called customer service. The agent who answered was very sweet and accommodating. She sent out another technician free of charge to check on my yard. He again texted me before arriving and was extremely helpful and also made sure to make a note on my account, so future techs would just use the regular treatment.
I have seen far less ants, because that was my biggest issue. They would always invade the cat feeding stations.
Overall, I am extremely pleased and happy with the service and with all the wonderful employees! I would definitely recommend this service!
Our need for pest control was answered when the Aptive salesperson called on us. They came the next day, explained what had to be done and assured us that our pet birds were safe.
Beware of this company. Service is ridiculous and is worthless.The customer service person was rude, obnoxious. Do not use them! If there was a option no stars that's what they should receive!

I am very satisfied with Aptive. They are professional and knowledgeable about keeping my home safe from ants and spiders. I've noticed a big improvement and the only insects I see now are dead ones.

I've already had a problem with this company before (the salesman said he was including mosquito control with our package and did not include it). We signed up for pest control with Aptive in June 2021. We signed a contract that said we would make 4 payments of $125 in: July 2021, October 2021, Jan 2022, & April 2022. We have been charged $135 in June 2021, $135 in September, $135 in October, and the company is saying we owe them another $135 for November. I called Aptive to inquire and they let me know that they upgraded our account, WITHOUT ASKING, and started CHARGING OUR ACCOUNT MONTHLY (FRAUD).
This is the second time that Aptive has been dishonest. What's worse is they used the credit card we have on file WITHOUT ASKING US. I've never interacted with such a slimy, dishonest, fraudulent company. Please save yourself the headache... RUN!
I enjoyed my experience with my personable and knowledgeable service technician. Bonus was that it was cheaper than the company I have used for 15 years.

Showed up without notification, did not schedule service. They were out here 3 weeks ago for the inItaly's service. Why so soon again. It was suppose to be every 3 months.
A random guy walking up and down my street raised suspicion. I approached him to make sure he wasn't up to anything nefarious. Turns out he works for this company. Everything that came out of his mouth sounded like a scam. And the company tries to hook you onto a yearly plan. They refuse to do treatments one time and say that it's "the yearly package which has quarterly visits or nothing. " I could tell the guy could care less about anyone but himself and making a sale. I didn't even wanna try to sign up with these people as they jump on you like "I better put you in for tomorrow because we are filling up." Filling up *******@ss lol who you trying to kid bro? The guy was so desperate to make a sale I kinda felt bad for him, the stakes were so high as if he's going to burn at the stake if he doesn't make a sale that day. He claimed he would give me a "good deal" and seemed to get angry when I still wasn't interested. "I'm giving you a BIG DISCOUNT!" He acted like I was being ungrateful when the reality was I just saw through his bull sh*t. I wasn't born yesterday you know. Lol. Turns out his "great deal" was still more expensive than other legit pest control companies out there. Doesn't take a genius to Google facts.
Aptive has serviced my residence for about 3 years now. I rarely see any spiders or insect in my house and when I do they're typically neutralized already.
Answer: My experience was the exact opposite of these. Everyone I've dealt with was very courteous and polite. They arrived on time, did exactly as they promised, and I have absolutely no complaints or reservations about continuing my service with them.
Answer: Yes, they are proactive in protecting honey bees! I had a large bee colony under my shed that I had removed from a bee remover/cultivator company. Aptive treatment actually occurred a few days after their removal and tech informed me that Aptive does not have appropriate licensing for bee removal, therefore they leave that to bee professionals.
