The cost of the part was $7.21. The shipping cost from New York to Ohio was $23.00 which was expensive and ridiculous as I have purchased many parts from New York and never paid that shipping cost. I should be refunded a partial cost of shipping. The company Go-parts should do the right thing or I would not purchase again.
The description is not very clear, for example, I am buying a part that is supposed to be painted. It does not specify if it is painted and what color it is painted on. It is very hard to tell from the image. And the image given is very limited in terms of number and quality. I can't zoom into see the better quality.

The online chat person was not very helpful. I sent a picture of the 4 of 5 parts that I received, and they told me the order was fulfilled. While I was still asking questions about when I would receive my part and if I could speak to an actual person, they CLOSED the online chat. No indication of when or if I would receive my part. So, I just ordered the missing part from another supplier, then the missing part from Go-Parts showed up the same day as the Parts Geek part. Now I have to return the Parts Geek part. Next time I will be using Rock Auto or Car Parts.com. Also, Go-Parts price was much too high. So, it appears they shipped the missing part to me after my online chat, but they didn't tell me that. I am assuming that because it arrived the same day as my replacement part from Parts Geek.
