Do not recommend. Very poor customer service. My son could not use it and I requested a refund. I called Customer Service and they told me my son already activated it. I knew he did not. Ask them to return it and send it back to me. They sent it back to me, Customer Service took me through activation, which they should gave me the refund before it was activated. Now once it activated, you can't get a refund. If my son activated it, I would not been able to activate it. I never had a Visa gift card that you cannot use at physical merchants. The stores they advertise to use their cards, are places that I do not shop.

If I could give these pieces of crap 0 stars I would. My order was delayed by fed ex, when I emailed to ask for a tracking number or even a confirmation email, they told me no order existed. I told them since no order existed they could give me a full refund including the expedited shipping. Then seemingly once given a different email address to try, they found my order. Didn't even ask if I still would like a refund or it sent, just cancelled it, told me the card wouldn't work and they would refund me. They proceeded to send me texts with what I said in quotations, what an odd thing to do. Don't do business with them. I should have read the reviews. A absolute scam.

So, my mother bought me a gift card from this garbage website for my birthday. It was a early gift, so I wanted to wait for my actual birthday to use it. Well, it was 100.00 my mom put on it. When I went to check the card information again, it showed I only had 25.00 left on it. I went to see where the purchases were being made to find out someone in Las Vegas was using my gift card to go to a Surgery place and to buy massages. Mind you, I live in the Caribbean at the moment and there is no possible way I could be using my gift card in Las Vegas and these sales are obviously not from websites and are not online purchases. Do not trust this site. They probably sell the gift cards you purchase to other people to make a quick dollar,
This ruined my birthday completely. Thank you Gift Card Granny and I hope your site gets shut down for scamming customers.:)
UPDATE: When I reported this to their website, they said it was basically my fault and said I should've have used my card with unknown venders even though I said specifically that I never even used the card and they INSTANTLY started stealing money from it. Strange coincidence, huh?

I ordered a gift card with FedEx shipping for my wife's birthday. It never came and I was never notified. I called and they said that they arbitrarily cancelled the order because I was a new customer. They also lied to me saying that they sent a cancellation email, when in fact I received a confirmation email.
They were non apologetic and essentially said "tough luck".
Never, ever, rely on them to get you a card on time, if at all, as you will be bitterly disappointed.

I ordered a gift card for one person & went back to order another it says card not accepted. HUH!?! I tried to call and that got me nowhere, so then I searched and see all these bad review. Now I am worried the one I purchased will not even work. How embarrassing, to give a gift and if they eat the dinner and if the $100 card does not work! I cannot reach anyone to get a refund. I see all these bad reviews and hope each one is calling the better business bureau to report them.

My husband received a large gift card through gift card granny from his boss. He decided to reward himself by buying a new TV. The TV cost more than the gift card. He cannot use the gift card for the total amount and place the balance for the television on our credit card. Gift card granny will not allow that nor will any retailer that he has tried in order to purchase this television. This seems like they want to keep your money since you must buy something for less than the total value on this gift card. We will be informing his boss that he should never ever use this again.

We got 3 cards for a total of $600.00 for Christmas and not one of these cards worked. Even Amazon rejected them. Total rip offs!

I tried to call their customer service line after my order was canceled due to image infringement? I work at a public high school and wanted to use our PUBLIC logo for gift cards for our administration. When I called their customer service line, it was endless phone tree messages with NO OPTION to speak with anyone. I even tried the "corporate buying" tree... nothing.

I ordered an e-gift card for my son-in-law for his birthday. According to the site e-cards are sent 5 minutes after being ordered, no more than 15 minutes in most cases. The following day it still hadn't been sent. The money has been taken out of my account. Today is the 3rd day, still not sent. I sent a message asking what was going on. I received a reply asking for my drivers license so they can confirm my information. I don't think so! I've never been asked for that!

This sounds like a huge scam! I'll be contacting my bank in the morning to ask them to cancel the transaction.
