I've purchased over half doesn't gift cards from this website in the past 6 months. They have all been digital gift cards to send my niece and nephew via email or text. The money instantly is withdrawn from my bank account and yet no digital gift cards have ever been sent by email or text. I never got an order number or confirmation in my email. However, when you call customer service they say the only way they have to look up an order is the confirmation number so basically I am S. O. L. I purchased one today and nd now I'm out that money until this site figures out what's going on with my money. Meanwhile, they have no intention of looking into it. The representative wouldn't even take my email address or name to look at my account I'm on it I'm on a fixed income due to a disability and can't afford to buy another one until I get my money back. I will never risk making a purchase from this site again. Absolutely terrible customer service and you are at risk of not receiving the product you purchased.

My Husband gift me a virtual card, i went on a Amazon spring shopping for the end the payment be denied and the card be deducted the amount that i spend! Just call my husband and ask to never ever used this sh&t company ever again!

I went through 3 different verification steps - a text to my phone, an email with a clickable link, and an other email with a second verification code. My bank approved the transaction. A while later I received cancellation notice from Gift Card Granny. No reason given. They tied up my funds for days because the charge is pending.

GCG refused to refund after filing a fraud claim with them. Much of their business is through phone scammers so they do nothing about it.

A company I worked with sent me a gift card because of a job well done. After I tried to use the gift card, they immediately declined and set the balance to $0.

What a horrible service. They take your money then cancel your order. I would never use again. Pathetic. What is the point of using yout own money to buy a card online of they canel your order and you cant even contact customer service. Garbage website. Garbage service.

I would give it ZERO stars if I could. Virtual card declines online EVERYWHERE. Called online store and they tried to run the card by phone DECLINED. When I check balance $$$ are there. When I check transactions it shows the THREE times the online store TRIED to run the card for payment and was declined. If you call customer service it directs you back to online and your interaction is with a BOT who cannot understand your issue and tries to compartmentalize you into a few preloaded questions. I had never heard of this card before my husband received it as a gift. I DO NOT believe it is legitimate and based on all the ONE STAR reviews this company should be reported to the BBB.

I received a gift card from red Robin and it was a print off from the computer and no bar code for red Robin to scan so it can't be used tried calling the phone number and no one answers no cards were sent THIS IS A SCAM if it was legit you would have a regular gift card and someone would answer the phone come on people there was 2 25.00 gift cards I can't do anything about really people get it together never use these SCAM artists

Do not use them. They will cancel your order for just making a third purchase. Caused me an overdraft fee. Didn't do anything to help. Stay away.

Received $50 Visa card from work. I've tried to use multiple times and been rejected, including Amazon. Gave up & requested physical card (-$5 fee) & now they claim they can't verify my address. So it is basically worthless.

I placed an order for an ecard, checked in with the receiver (for their birthday) where they said they didn't receive the email. Logged into the site and it was canceled. So, I tried again, validated that I used the correct bank card, submitted it again. I checked an hour later, after I received an email that it was being processed, and it had already been canceled again. Contacted customer support and they said "As the gift card industry is highly regulated, we are unable to provide further details as to the specific reasons your transaction was declined. We would highly recommend that you seek an alternative solution or vendor at this time."
I absolutely will seek an alternate solution.

I bought a 45$ gift card from them and the card worked fine. I recently got a $30 gift card. I ordered a $6.00 item, and the card was declined. When I checked the card balance, it went from 30$ to 0$

They used to be great but now they cancel every single order and in addition to the wasted time you're still charged for the purchase and don't get a refund for 3-5 business days so you lose valuable money that could've potentially been used for an alternative gift card site.

I was excited when I saw this but then the headaches began. I entered all my details perfectly correctly. The card could not be confirmed. Erased everything. Reentered all correct information double checking. Still couldn't confirm card. Card wasn't declined because it never was confirmed. Checked details again everything is correct on my end. Couldn't confirm card. Changed card information to new card. Same thing happened, "can't confirm card." Tried two more times no card could be confirmed. Gave up.

This card does not work! And when you tell them it doesn't work the only thing they'll do is tell you to load it onto your Amazon because that's the only way it works! It's worthless as a gift card and they do not refund u!

My mother bought a gift card for her grandson that was in the ER room on Christmas. Unfortunately, she bought it for the wrong site. Rather than Gift Card Granny working to rectify the error, they would rather keep the money. Please stay away from them
