I found out about this site reading an article in the Toronto Star. I then went to the site and I ordered an iPhone 4. The site was very professional and it made it easy to place an order.

Them directly. The phone was in great condition as shown on their site. It hooked up with no problems. A follow-up email was sent to me to make sure everything was in order. I highly recommend this site if you are selling or especially buying an iPhone.

My unlocked 'like new' iPhone 6S Plus was exactly that, with excellent customer service and email communications answering questions, timely delivery, and follow-up to ensure I was happy with everything. I do wish the charger was included in the price of the phone. I decided I prefer Android over iOS and there was no problem returning the phone and being credited. Orchard makes buying a used phone stress free (they now sell Samsung Galaxy, as well). I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again and have recommended them to others.

My new iPhone 6s phone from GetOrchard is pristine, beautiful, perfect. I love it. It came in the mail in less than five business days. It works beautifully and I love it. I realize Apple is partly responsible for my phone's beauty, but I really like the vibe of Orchard. The phone I ordered is an iPhone 6 in 'very good' condition. When it arrived I initially thought it was a dud because it kept glitching during the start up and would freeze on the white screen with the apple symbol. However, after charging it for an hour or two it ended up powering on normally. Since then so far, so good. Battery seems a bit weak but that may be a general iPhone 6 issue. The sales representatives were very prompt to check in with me when my phone arrived in the mail, and quick to respond when I let them know I was having problems. And the phone arrived a day earlier than it was predicted to. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase.

I recently purchased an IPhone 5s. The phone was reported in "very good" condition. I think the phone is in MINT condition. Orchard service is excellent in all aspects. My phone arrived in Sudbury within 49 hours. Alex Natale was courteous, knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
The company maybe relatively new but they are open to suggestions and are looking for ways to service their clients better.

What I appreciated most about Orchard as a seller is their transparency. If you answer the questions honestly, they'll tell you exactly how much you'll get paid, and when you can expect to be paid. They take care of all the shipping logistics for you, send all the material you need, and you mail it off. They let you know they got it, and send you the money you were quoted via etransfer. Couldn't be simpler. Could you sell your own phone on Kijiji for a bit more? Yes, but then you'd have to waste your time with emailing random people and meeting up. If you want to get decent cash for your phone simply with no fuss, this is the way to do it.

I was a bit hesitant in sending my 4 older iphones to Orchard, but I was pleasantly surprised with the service and care provided by Orchard. A nice box and shipping label made it simple to send them all in, and after their assessment the phones were listed for sale. I patiently waited to see if they'd sell, and was pleased to find money sent to me after the 4 weeks I agreed to wait. I will recommend this service to anyone looking for top dollar for their used phones.

I absolutely rely on my iPhone for business including taking credit card payments. When I put my almost new iPhone 5c through a washing machine cycle, I was desperate. Orchard is a fantastic and honest company. I had a number of phones that needed to be sold - they were just collecting dust - but I was worried about selling them myself and being responsible for them if they didn't work. Orchard took care of me! They were very straight forward and open about how much my phones were worth and why, and when it came time for payment, the money was eTransferred right on time! I am also particularly thankful to Orchard, as they helped me get a little extra cash when I needed it because of the COVID19 pandemic. So amazing!
