I put my iPhone up for sale with GetOrchard. I put down a conservative estimate and Orchard came back stating my phone was actually met a higher criteria. Very honest and reliable service, would definitely use it next time I sell my iPhone!

The customer service was attentive and guided me along the way (Everything from my credit card payment, to shipping/delivery, to checking up on me after I've used the phone). I ordered the phone and chose regular shipping and was told it would take 4-9 business days. It took only 2! I love my factory reset phone, it works like new for half the price! Would recommend Orchard to anyone!

Wow! My Iphone 6s Plus arrived 2 days after ordering. Popped in my SIM card from old one and I'm off and running. Phone was so beautiful and clean I was almost hesitant to touch it. Would order from Orchard again and will recommend to friends and family.

I wanted to get rid of my iPhone 6S and Orchard made it so easy. They sent me a pre-paid shipping label and I only had to go as far as my local post office. I got my money when I was promised. Super happy with the transaction.

The phone was a fair price and works fine so far. Buying from Kijiji or Craigslist is just too risky, as there is no recourse if the phone is faulty and I don't have time for that either. The cost of a new Iphone is so high, and it comes right off the bottom line so I am so happy these guys have provided a viable option to get a discouonted iPhone.

Loved the experience. Easy to use app that provided a quote and easy to send in pre-paid box. After sending in the phone, Orchard actually let me know my phone is worth more than originally quoted! Not often will a company do that and give more money than promised. Will use again!

I purchased an iPhone 7 plus in very good condition to replace the one I lost on vacation. I opted in for rush delivery and the phone came in one business day which was awesome! The phone has a couple nicks but that was to be expected since I didn't buy one in like new condition. Overall, a very good experience with orchard!

We purchased my daughter's phone from Orchard a few months ago. We have had 2 warranty issues and both times I was very pleased with the customer service department. I experienced quick responses and both times shipping to repair the phone was covered by Orchard. We purchased the extended warranty and it turns out that was a very good idea for us.

Getting older and needed a bigger screen on my phone. Found Orchard in a google search. Found a IPhone 6s Plus at a reasonable price. Purchased it and paid the extra $20.00 for expedited delivery. Ordered on Wednesday the phone arrived Thursday. Item looked to be in great condition. Had the phone up and running that day. Hopefully the phone will last me a few years and I will go back to Orchard for a new one.
