I ordered a phone and It's been 24 days since they shipped the product from their warehouse, I've no clue why the phone hasn't arrived in my country yet! I tried to call them, their Service Manager's number says, "this number is blocked for all the customers", why the hell does the number even exists then? Seems like i've made a HUGE mistake, never gonna buy again from Geekbuying, stay away.

They put items on pre-sale and then they keep your money and never send you the products you bought, even after they are in stock so that they can charge you full price.
Plus, they tried to bribe me into writing a 5 star review before even sending me the phone. They also ask for your passport and picture of credit card.
I will never even think of buying there again.

Unfortunately I had the worst possible experience ever. I have ordered a phone and payed extra for quick shipping (5 buss days) this happened over 30 days ago. I have still not received the phone. I have send over 10 email to every contact I have found, but I got no response. I tried the life chat, but nobody ever replayed either. I am dealing with paypal to get my money back. After my order I've gotten an email from their support that they are out of stock (which should be noted on the website and not let me order) and gave me an option (same device, different color) I can switch to and have my order shipped faster than waiting for the original color to arrive. I was disappointed that my order was delayed so much but they were very friendly and answered my questions well.
I bought a tv box device from GeekBuying.com on arrival it was defect as it didn`t work i contacted them they only offer to repair it but then I must pay again the shipping costs that is a total of $120 and they only offer $20 they do not even want to refund me this is the worst online store that doesn`t commit to their online promises i will not that any person use their services as they are a complete scam service
Ordered product on Nov. 26, never heard anything from them after that. Emailed support on Dec. 07; six days later finally received a DHL tracking number and said my package already shipped on Dec. 12. But after checking DHL's website, the shipping status is "Shipment information received" and never updated since Dec. 07; which means DHL has never received the package yet! Very slow support and provide incorrect information. Already open a dispute through Paypal.
Hi, I'm a buyer from Brazil. And I had a great experience given the conditions that my country momentarily imposed on imports. Every time I needed a service was fast, the store offers a great varieties of products and with great prices. It is quick to send your product, even in a country with delays for deliveries like mine. If it were to cite criticism, I would ask to put new forms of payment for my country.

I've had to cancel order 2 times now, because of financial issues, and geekbuying.com was really helpful and broadminded with my problem. They refunded my money and cancelled the order within days. I'm really satisfied with their service. The other orders i made came in good condition, and their products are original and securely packed.
Geek buying is a failure. Absolutely pathetic service. Placed order and paid for expedited delivery. Supposed to be delivered in 7 days, 5 days past order still showing pending. Checked again and again with the customer service. They are putting blame on a person in their department who has to confirm with me on email about the order. That person whose English name is jessica, forgot to send me the email for confirmation on two consecutive days and then went off on a weekend. Live chat would blame everything on her. In the end I have been robbed off over a thousand dollars. I have no phone and I don't know if they will return my money. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD.

Ordered an android box from geekbuying paid the extra for DHL, contacted DHL who told me tracking number is wrong, this makes me believe that my item was not even shipped and will have to wait a month or more for my item. Seems I have been cheated out of the extra money I paid. Item is for a sick relative whos Birthday it is in a week. No communication from geek. Never again if this turns up in a month or more
My husband had ordered a watch for me from this site for mother's day. When we received it, it was damaged. He accidentally deleted the email that had order # so i had been emailing support after sale team since the day i received the watch, also gave them the sticker that was on the box but they keep saying they need the order #. I keep telling them I do not have the order # but what other information do you need to give me refund and they keep circling back to order #. Now they are saying if its been a week, they will only do repair!~ I do not want to repair it, I want to return it and get my money back! Is that too much to ask since you sent me the damaged watch?
