The coffee cup I received was EXACTLY as specifications and photo which I reviewed before purchasing the item. I am totally satisfied with GearBubble and likely will purchase again in the future. The company, as I can ascertain through trustworthy sources, is certainly going to take care in production and mailing as this is sound business practice for any company who wishes to compete for online sales. My girlfriend & I ordered best friend/sister mugs and we had them custom made just for us with hair color/ sweaters. We both received them in great time and are waiting until we get together.
I ordered 4 different blouses, I wear a size 3X, I ordered a size 5X to be sure would fit with a little room as I do not like them tight. Well, they were sooooo small, I couldn't even get them over my head. I asked for a refund, I sent blouses back, did not get refunds, and now am out of the shirts as well. I also ordered other trinket things. Those too were very small in comparison to the picture shown. So for me, I will not order anything from this company, in fact, if they offered it for FREE, I would not accept. I have never been so disappointed in a company.
