I am a seller on Gearbubble. This October, I designed and ordered a mug to give to my mom for her 70th birthday. I was really excited to get the package, but when I opened it, I found that the mug looked nothing like the picture of the mug online. When I uploaded the image for the design, I was careful to make sure that the image was large and filled up the entire space of the mug. The image on the actual mug was much smaller, placed low and didn't even match from side to side (it was higher on one side than the other). Also, the image was slightly lop-sided on one side. Needless to say, I didn't give it to my mom. They did give me a refund, but I just get the impression that this company really doesn't care that much about their products - they'll just slap whatever on, just to get the product done and if you're not happy, they'll refund. But, in my case, that left me without a gift to give to my mom. I won't order gifts from here again and I really don't feel comfortable selling their products because I don't know what my customers are actually going to get. Are they going to get a crappy mug like I did?
I ordered the bracelet based on my favourite show Orphan Black. It said Sestra, which is Ukrainian for Sister. I got 2, one for me, one for my sister-in-love. They're awesome. Gear Bubble has excellent customer service and I would happily order from them again any time!
