I purchased a necklace for my daughter for a Christmas and I am very disappointed. It looks so cheap. The necklace wasn't even attached to the heart. It didn't even come in a box. The only thing that was nice was the saying on the heart. It will be returned as soon as I can get to the post office and requesting a refund.

Took longer to receive than promised. When finally received customized printing was incorrect. No effort to make it right. Took 3 weeks and 7 emails to finally get a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
If I could give it a zero I would give it. They had an ad on Facebook saying that they would ship for Father's Day. It's June 23rd and all I have got is a FAKE shipping tracking number. No gift.
