I called them 3 times and they didn't pick up and hung up. Emailed them twice to no reply. I'm left with a 100 dollar pit that I can't sell because no one would buy it. Bs return policy. If you buy anything from here do your research otherwise you'll end up losing money. Also their shipping rates for countries outside of the U.S are complete garbage.

I purchased a few items from Gasbike and they were all junk. The most recent was an aluminum throttle assembly with grips that are made specifically for the phatmoto rover and the grip doesn't fit on the throttle tube it comes with. I talked to Lorenzo and sent him photos and he was supposed to look at them and let me know in a couple days. That was over 2 weeks ago and he won't respond to my emails and when I call they put me on hold and never pick up the phone again. I tried to post a review on their site about this problem and of course that review has never seen the light of day. They have alot of cool bikes but there's some kind of problem with every single thing. I bought 2 bikes from them thinking there's no way everything they sell is junk but they proved me wrong. I highly recommend buying from another vendor instead of gambling on GASBIKE.NET

My son order a 2 stoke engine kit from GasBike. After assembly the clutch will not engage. Called GasBike and informed them of issue. Gasbike advised to adjust the clutch. We told them the clutch is as tight as it will go and it simply slips around the clutch pads and does not engage at all. They said there is nothing they will do about it. So, we are just stuck with something he paid for but will not function. We will buy and install new clutch pads, but we believe GasBike should be willing to supply these without change. They offered no help at all. Bottom line we are on our own to deal with this.

Trying to reach somebody at gas bike to get a refund for my order # ******* i got a partial order delivered and trted to call but got no call back and when i stay on the line to wait the phone disconnects after 10 minutes

I ordered a motor 2 weeks ago and didn't get any updates I tried calling them multiple times and no answer I tried emailing them and the same happened I would not recommend to buy from them

Don't even buy an engine from them through walmart.com the seller where the engine is from is kingsmotorbikes.com

The customer service is simply awful. I purchased a springer fork and they shipped it without the part that connects the springer rods to the top of the fork. No biggie, I asked them to sent that part ASAP as I was waiting to mock up my bike and now would have to wait due to their error. I got a response on Memorial day that they would look into it "tomorrow" as it was a holiday... cool with me. The next day nothing so after 2 days I emailed again looking for a status and their reply was "They are still reviewing the case". Huh? What case? I again asked them to ship ASAP as there's nothing to review and they messed up. I haven't even asked for a discount or anything I just want my part so I asked for info so I can contact a supervisor. The reply back was "Missing claims take about 3-5 business days to be completed" and no contact info for a supervisor.

I tried calling their BS phone line... it hangs up on you at 10 min 15 sec... every time. No one EVER answers the line. Oh, and if you try to press 2 to have them call you back while keeping your place in line... don't bother, they won't call you back.

If you want to risk working with a vendor like this then you deserve what you'll get.

TERRIBLE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. Will not be buying from them again. Contacted their phone service and nobody picked up for a whole hour during their business operation times. The motor mount wouldn't even let me screw in 1 bolt along with two small holes for the front. Had to drill them out, still wouldn't fit because the CNC mount was too small. I have purchased a gas bike kit on line. Two weeks later no emails or phone calls or any notifications. Tried calling their number several times no answer. Finally after two weeks received a refund from PayPal with no explanation why I did not received my product. TOTAL BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE, RUDE AND UNACCEPTABLE. I will not recomend to anyone.

I purchased the monster 90 4 stroke bike engine kit from gas bike and it has been nothing but problems for me. First off I wasn't getting a spark so I replaced the ignition coil and sparks just fine now. Next I found out that they never sent me a centrifugal clutch with my kit so I called gasbike and talked to steve and he tried making it sound like I have no idea what I'm talking about, but I've been building bikes for over 10 years. He told me I placed my order over 30 days ago so the warranty is up. I didnt know there was a warranty on parts that I never received with the kit. I ended up buying a new clutch for 30$. Now I got the bike completely assembled and found out that the screw on the carburetor to govern the fuel looks like it was cut off and someone filled the hole with some kind of glue so now the engine runs rich and floods the cylinder so I ordered a new carburetor for 20$. All together I spent around 70$ on missing and defective parts that came with the kit. It's kinda hard not to think someone purposely sabotaged this engine kit and this was my first and definitely last time doing business with gasbikes.net

They sell junk. Don't even bother about warranty. They need to be out of business. Scammers and robbers.

I have ordered from this site twice. The first time went well. However the second time i am encountering problems... i ordered an expensive bike part and payed extra to have it shipped 1 day fed ex ground. They sent me a confirmation, i waited all day for fed ex guy who never showed... it said it was supposed to arrive yesterday "by end of day" so i wasted a whole day waiting for the fed ex truck that never showed up. And here it is the next day and i looked up the tracking number and it says "shipping label created" but fed ex doesnt have my package yet, and to contact the shipper... so i called the number pervided for the site, and it is right in the middle of business hours too. And the first 2 times i called i got put on hold and then hung up on... im on hold again as i type this, i was on hold 5 minutes then someone picked up the line but didnt say anything but i could hear people talking, i said ": hello" and boom, gotr put back on hold... i have now been on hold for 25 minutes and counting...

Killer bikes i own two of them i called gasbike.net they get back to me fast give me alot of input about the bikes very smart the prices was right
