Garage Giant

Very happy with the purchase and the cabinets. I was unhappy with the delivery, which isn't on Garage Giant. It just took a long time to arrive and the tracking was useless (said it was scheduled to arrive two weeks prior to arriving).

I paid more than $3,000.00n for an Ulti-Mate garage cabinet set from Garage Giant a few weeks ago. I'm still waiting for them to deliver the cabinets. Today, I realized, all Garage Giant does is take your money and go buy the cabinets for cheaper from another vendor. Not only you have to wait a long time for the other vendor (other than Garage Giant) to ship the cabinets, you may not receive the cabinets as scheduled because according to FedEx, the shipping method selected by the shipper is the cheapest that FedEx offers; therefore, it may take weeks or months before the shipment arrives at destination even though the tracking number received from Garage Giant says you will receive the cabinets in 2 weeks. Today I'm not sure if if i will ever receive the cabinets or get my money back. I'm screwed.

I had been looking for garage cabinets for almost 3 months. Then I came across Garage Giant and the Ulti-MATE cabinets. Wow are they awesome. The combinations offered covered every aspect of what I wanted. Ordering was very easy and the delivery went flawlessly.

Ordered the garage system from Lowe's and they messed up delivery. I cancelled the order and reordered with Garage Giant. It was $400 less and customer service was awesome. Communication from the beginning was great through delivery and setup.

Love the look of the product but they sent me two cabinets (one cabinet and one grill cabinet) that differ in height. When the two cabinets stand next to each other and you align the top of the cabinets, the feet on the one cabinet is complete screwed out and the other cabinet the feet are completely screwed in. Thus the bottom of the doors do not align. Customer service has no clue how to resolve and keep in referring this back to the manufacturer.

I recently purchased the ulti-mate garage cabinet from garage giant retailer and I have to say, I am extremely impressed with both the product and the customer service I received. The cabinet is made of high-quality materials and is incredibly sturdy. It has ample storage space for all of my tools and equipment and has made a huge difference in the organization of my garage.

But what really stood out to me was the outstanding customer service I received from the retailer.

Overall, I would highly recommend this garage cabinet to anyone in need of some extra storage space in their garage. Not only is the cabinet itself of excellent quality, but the customer service I received was truly top-notch. I will definitely be returning to this retailer for any future storage needs.

I purchased my 6/22 and received it on 7/13. I was contacted by Mel on 7/2 informing me that they expected my order to ship the 3rd week of July. Considering all that is going on the world right now, I was fine with this and anticipated it may be later than that. Well it was a pleasant surprise when I was contacted on 7/10 by Steve Mustarde informing me that my order had shipped.

All told, communication was great and I received the product earlier than quoted. Buy with confidence!

I shopped around all over and different products for garage flooring. I decided with swisstrax and I am very pleased with the product. I did my garage connected to my house 1st. So easy to install and durable (very tough). I am also doing my shop floor behind the house. I've got several cars ranging from a vet to a 62 caddy and flooring stands up to the pressure. I ordered wrong item (with loops) but only found out when I couldn't connect it. I was told to order another version (with pins) and RMA the one that is wrong. I did that, received correct item, but still waiting for RMA (almost a month now). That is $60 that I probably will never get back. With amazon it works so much better.

The selection of new age products is excellent and the video on installation is very helpful. Check out is very easy. Eeverything about this order and product was excellent. Purchase was easy, price was very fair, shipped on time and everything about the product was as advertised. I would use Garage Giant again.

This was the best experience I've had erecting cabinets the directions were easy to follow the accessories came in the best container I have ever seen. Every thing fit great and the finish product looks GREAT I will be ordering upper cabinets to go with the lower units. The quality of the units was exactly what was advertised

Unfortunately. There has been 2 shipping mistakes.
I received my shippment from garage giant the first week of Febuary.
11/2 weeks later I refused a second delivery of the same order.
Today I refused a third delivery.

Thankyou. For a great product but it is not in my makeup to screw a vender

From the first email I sent inquiring about Garage Giants products till the delivery two weeks later Garage Giant's customer service and their cabinet systems were more than I expected. Excellent personal customer service from Mel and on time in stock cabinet systems.

Steve went above and beyond to help me with an issue he could have brushed off and not helped me. I will buy from them again because of their products but mainly the fantastic customer service!

Great experience. Didn't like the big delivery window but it worked out fine. Great pricing. Loved our cabinets. Delivery went smoothly. Would buy from again and recommend.

Product received damaged. Bottom bent by I guess the snipping company. Spent a couple of hours working the sheet metal in order to close the lower drawer.
