We had such a great experience. Representatives answered a few questions before we ordered the cabinets and everything arrived within a few weeks. Each cabinet was in perfect condition and installed easily. I would not hesitate to use Garage Giant again!
Cabinets arrived nicely packed and protected. Very easy instructions and all pieces labeled perfectly. Great quality and they look great. Because of their quality you need 2 people to bring them into your house off of the pallet they arrive on. Would highly recommend.
I paid close to $35 hundred for ultimate garage cabinets that I needed. Garage Giant kept my money for weeks and called me today after I waited so long for the delivery to tell me FedEx won't be able to deliver the cabinets. The one person team (M) that they have told me it will take them weeks to issue a refund. I had to send her a long email and copied my attorney on it to get my money the same day.
Don't buy from Garage Giant. They tried to blame the whole situation on the manufacturer while my money was deep in their pockets. They are con artists.
I had a problem with the $10 coupon but someone phoned me and told me that it would be corrected so I upgraded from 1 star to 3 star. I will change the review again depending on how quickly I received the product. I ordered from this site instead of another where it would be cheaper because the site promised a quicker delivery.
Be patient, Very poor communication I had to contact the company numerous times for a shipping date or tracking number. All I was told is you will be notified when it ships. After four weeks I was finally contacted me to tell me that the order had shipped. I set an appointment with the shipping company, I contacted you should been company the morning of the schedule appointment they said that it would be out that day. At 3 PM that day I contacted the shipper again who stated that they don't know why but it did not make it onto the truck, they set an appointment for the next morning which they fulfilled.
I like the product I misunderstood and thought it would be mostly assembled, it came knockdown in boxes similar to IKEA assembly.
I feel you have a lot to work on on communication and delivery the product is paid for at the time of ordering Communication is severely lacking.
Received mediocre advice on the tabletop which I had to buy other pieces at Lowe's to make them work. Called NewAge For a fix, didn't have one, and they knew it would be a problem. Also, there has been lots of back and forth with product issues and further replacement deliveries, which is not really Garage Giant's direct issue.
No updates, via email or telephone from Garage Giant regarding shipping after purchasing such a large item. I only received an order confirmation, no follow-up. I had to contact the GG by phone and email almost half a dozen times and threaten to reverse the charges on my Cc before it was discovered that the shipper had been trying to contact me at the wrong cell phone number. When it was discovered that was the case, the shipping agent on the phone said she would check to see if I had "accumulated any storage fees" during the 4 weeks my item didn't arrive (although garage giant shipped it out within 3 days of my order and all information provided to GG was accurate). That was egregiously terrible customer service on the part of the shipper. Happy ending though, the cabinet was delivered within a week of the shipping agent being made aware of their error. The item was intact and packaged well although it looked as it it had been stored outside for the 4 weeks... It was filthy.

It was alright. Order confirmation said that they would e-mail when it was shipped... but that was not the case. I had contacted the manufacturer of the tiles and was quoted a much lower price, but had received the order the next day after receiving the quote and so was not able to cancel it. Would probably go with another company on my next order.
A supply chain hiccup pertaining to my order was resolved efficiently, though communication was slightly frustrating.
Everything else pertaining to my first experience with Garage Giant was top notch.
I'm happy with the cabinet I received, but I ordered 2. It's a stacking cabinet, therefore preferable to have more than 1.
I recently ordered new age cabinets and they came almost 90% assembled. This order came Completely broken down and woth zero, assembly. I believe this is misleading when purchasing as I now have to have someone assemble these cabinets and pay to have this completed. I feel it is way to difficult to try and return as this is a large shipment

My cabinets are great. They came in great condition and we're just as I expected. The delivery stunk. The guy left me with a huge pallet to get rid of and he refused to take it back
When I tried to make a return they ignored the first email and then replied to the second email saying they'd check with the manager, then ghosted me. There are plenty of suppliers out there, why bother with these jokers?
Purchase was smooth until we opened the second carton. There was damage sandwiched between the two cartons that was not evident on delivery. We sent pictures and a replacement piece is supposed to be in process. I haven't received a shipping date yet.

Bought some G-Floor rolls from a different website. Had issue with installation and got no response from other site so I messaged Garage Giant to ask about it. Told them up front I didn't buy from them but they were cool with that and helped me out with installation tips. Pretty impressed by that!

I just got some roll out flooring to fit out 3 elevators I maintain and the guy at garage giant was able to point me in the right direction (small coin finish, grey g-floor). I was worried I'd have a job getting them all fit right but turns out you can cut the g-floor with a utility knife so that'll be simple. Thanks to the guys on the phone.
I ordered the Powder Coat and on the website it's showing as white but they came out grey. This was an order for our office, and the delivery service was horrible. The delivery man only brought one box upstairs for us on the freight elevator and gave up. He left the rest outside and my team had to deliver them ourselves.
Reasonable pricing, efficient timely delivery services, plus free shipping, and you have the cornerstone to any good company. Garage Giant offers such service, and so what more cane one ask for.

Great product for enhancing the look of concrete garage floor and I don't have to worry about paint peeling up after a couple of years. Easy to install, even for a 68 year old. My garage now looks terrific.
I usually try to buy from independents as you get a more personal service and the Home Depots of the world don't exactly need another dollar do they? Well I'm glad I found Garage Giant. I wanted some tall cabinets for my garage to store outdoor gear and the like in and spoke to someone who was pleasant and informed. Ended up going for the UltiMATE brand units as they look great and the price was fair. Haven't received them yet so will try to update my review when I do but very happy with the service here so far.

Hi Patrick. We're sorry you didn't have the best experience with Garage Giant. Re: the tracking codes we have to hold our hands up and say yes we have struggled to get tracking codes from our suppliers recently as it's the busiest time of the year and they don't always send them promptly. That's not your problem though so apologies for that. Re: the price, we sell the tiles you bought at the minimum price the manufacturer will allow us (or any retailer) to so I can only assume you caught the tail end of a sale or something like that. Regardless I hope you are happy with how the products are performing in your garage and thank you for the feedback.
