Yes, its a fast platform but with the VPS hosting service it is even faster. I cannot allow myself any latency or disconnected time, as trading in my life situation is turning into an almost professional venture. Meanwhile, the combination of good trading terms and this speed is marvelous.

I reached out to support on 02 Feb 25, and they responded the next day… via email, probably through chat they would be faster, idk. What matters the most, I get a full and comprehensive response, addressing each point I have asked. Overall, not a bad experience, just a little room for improvement in terms of response speed

I am keeping a live fixed spread account with fxgiants and never thought of changing it. Also not very excited about possible change of the broker, only if execution quality drops. It is fundamental to me. No other stories are. And of course a decent withdrawal time which I have with fxgiants too. As for instruments, having more than 250 tools provides you with some choice.

They(customer support) are very knowledgeable about the services and platform and are able to solve any issue or answer inquiries. My trading experience has also been very smooth thanks to the tools and indicators that helps improve my result.

Thank God, this broker provided zero spreads accounts, don`t call me obsessed with these account types, but for my day trading is the best option. Commissions were also low, only at around 4 bucks per side. Sure, fxgiants has its own downfalls, the major one is, the lack of choices in the platforms, it`s hard to surprise anyone with just Metatrader4 platform.

I gotta say I was honestly confused about the accounts and what was the actual diffeernce, like between live floating and fixed spreads...
The support was quick on the draw and answered all those annoying😌😌 questions I asked, and didn't even complain! 😂😂

I didn't undertsand bonuses so they helped me out.
I still thinking bonus system is a bit hard for understand - it need to be many easier. Because then people can undersatnd more and not bothering support team😅

I used to think there is no significant difference between an stp and ecn accounts and in some regards, there is not. But as far as it comes to the idea with commission per trade and live dynamic spreads, fxgiants does an excellent job and its services are the services of a trusted provider.

I was kinda worried about the beginning of my trading career. I found out that the FXGiants offers different bonuses and I thought it would be a good opportunity to take advantage of that. It was hard to understand how to meet those requirements but after the support's rescue, I made my first deposit. I got about 2000$ of booster bonus and after this, I trust them more.

I am trading on a live fixed spread account and enjoy a 40% booster bonus, it adds extra 40% for the deposit from $500 but so efficient

Not sure why people like this UI, looks old. But the broker is not. Only thing missing is crypto trading. Other than that, plenty of options, like pmam, VPS, the web trader app which is good. For me, company feels safe, in my years here only once there was a delay in payout, and that was mostly on me, I didn't read T&C at all here before trading.

I hate delays and there is nothing to hate fxgiants for. The verification is fast, so is payment system and trades themselves. But if you want to learn and receive exhaustive market reports, it's not quite there. It is purely about trading. Fixed spread account type was my choice

Been trading with FXgiants for a while and have got something to say. This broker gives you mt4, and also a choice between accounts with fixed and floating spreads. Imho, trading with floating spreads are more exciting. Besides, there's a type of account with such spreads where you don't pay a commission per lot. I must mention helpful support team that deals with your troubles.

FXGiants is a great place to trade, especially if you have had some level of trading experience beforehand. This platform offers a wide variety of opportunities, and with my XP in trading, I was able to work with all those assets effectively.

I am one of those traders that put this into high consideration the conditions being offered to me as this will determine my profitability level… I trade with the forex asset and it's been great with positive experience!

Honestly, I didn't expect so many trading accounts there and it was hard for me to choose the best one, so I contacted the technical support and they were glad to help me with the choice. I explained to them my preferences and after all I understood STP/ECN zero spread is an ideal choice for me and currently I'm trading on this account. I'm doing very well so far! 😎😎

I wouldn't trade with this company if I don't like them or the offerings they have available… I wasn't sure they were going to be the one for me till I started with the demo account and I liked their quality services and conditions.
