Do not shop here

It has been 2 weeks since I purchased from this site, and they still have not shipped my order. I recommend you to NOT buy from them. They do not communicate with you, they do not ship in a timely manner and they really do not care. It takes you forever to get thru to an actual person, when you call. I finally got a person to cancel my order and they never even asked why... in my opinion, they don't care why. This is not good business! I will never purchase from Full Source again... EVER

Basically ordered some product my address is off by one letter was never notified through the company. I was told that they don't do follow up they assumed after they reviewed my address it was correct. Although my address ends in Rd not RE, Which was never caught when I made the initial order. It was three days After I was to receive my product that I found out it was turned around in transit due to my address. Again no follow up and the company claimed once I called To see what I had to do. I was told to go back on the site and basically re-order and pay the extra shipping again. Follow up on all orders such a simple thing to do.

Missmarked goods

The coat was stuffed in a USPS envelope, bulging like a basketball. It had a tag on it marking the size but it was close to being destroyed. The coat is not a medium, it was much larger. To reach the zipper I had to end over it was so low. It appears to me this as taken out of someone closet and sold as new. Please give me instructions for the return of this product.

T-shirt review

I order a number of t-shirts, sweatshirts and long sleeved athletic shirts. Several of the shirts were back ordered. I understand that, but why can't you put those items on back order and then send them out when they arrive. I just happened to open up the e-mail and it said one of the items was available now and I could order it if I still wanted it. I did still want it, but then I get charged another shipping fee. It wasn't my fault they were on back order! I still had to wait for another item and was once again charged another shipping fee. I wasn't very happy about that.

Poor Customer Service
November 9, 2016

I ordered 3 sets of Presco Multi colored Penant Flags ($4.49/ea) and requested the ground shipping ( $6.99) which was supposed to arrive in 3 business days. I ordered on Tuesday and received an email the following Wednesday (a week later) that they have shipped and would take another 3 days to arrive. Since that 3rd day falls on a Saturday, I will not have them until possibly Monday which is 1 day shy of 2 weeks to get the order. When I called, I was told that If I would have paid for expedited delivery (over $25) they would have filled the order right away and I would have had them in 3 days. I will never order from this company again. By the time the flags arrive, I won't need them. Extremely poor customer service.

Don't order from this company if you need your stuff in time. They take too long. Let go of the free shipping. It's not worth it. Not good for business.

Don't Order Early for Christmas Gift!

I ordered a hooded sweatshirt for my hubby for Christmas on 11/18/2020. He opened it Christmas and the size needed to be changed. I find out when I go online that no exchanges/refunds after 30 days! I called the first business day after Christmas to talk with Alex, who informed me that THIS ONE TIME he would allow an exchange. They send NO LABEL, and do not pay for ANY RETURN SHIPPING. This is so unlike any of the other on line retailers that have everything you need for easy returns. I decided to donate the item to charity and to NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

SAME AS MANY OTHERS

Its been 3 weeks since Ive ordered my work shirts. I had to contact customer service to find out where they were. All that CS could tell me is that they were undeliverable to my business that has been at our location for 15 years. I never got a notification as to the status of my order. Pending a refund. May have to write another review if something goes wrong with that. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I order 50 safety shirt and never received them. I ordered them on July 2 and on July 10th receive a pickup notice from UPS, but the status never changed. I finally called on July 22nd and the first lady put me on hold for over 20 minutes and then hung up on me while on hold. I call back and the second person told me that the art department never sent out the proofs. I told her to cancel the order and I would go somewhere else. She could care less which didn't surprise me. Generally company that have bad customer care don't care if you write bad reviews or complaints. Finding somewhere else to spend our money.

Before Christmas, I ordered a liner hoping it would fit in my husband's jacket given to him by his company. I received it in a timely manner, however, the zippers don't match, so it doesn't work. It took me a while to locate the invoice, if you can call it that. And there is nothing noted on how to return anything. I finally called today, unfortunately past their 30 day return policy and was told there was nothing they could do. Nothing. I would have been happy to mail it back to them for even a partial refund, or better yet, an exchange. The liner I have has nothing wrong with it. I can do nothing with this liner. I do believe they could sell it to someone else. These days many companies are honoring returns longer than their original policies because of the epidemic. It would have been nice if they tried a little to help me. I work in sales and customer service and the right to return something (no matter how long it's been) is very important to me. I will not use this company again.

Horrible
November 25, 2020

Absolutely horrible, order some work boots and they were taking incredibly long to ship so I called to cancel the order and the person I spoke to from customer service said I'd receive a cancellation email shortly, but I never did so I emailed them a few days later and still no response I am going to call again and email them again until they actually answer, confirm my cancellation, and give me my money back!

Shipping delays
