Very Happy with Full Source!

My company, Manders Maintenace is very pleased to do business with Full Source. During the time of our changing from renting uniforms to purchasing our own, Full Source was timely with getting us our uniforms. Even when we had to re-order uniforms we had them with 2-3 days of ordering. Sometimes in 1 day! We are very happy to be doing business with Full Source!

I couldn't find what I wanted in a pocket T-shirt locally for a price I wanted to spend, so I decided to look online. I found Full Source and saw a really good selection and good prices, so I bought 11 shirts. They arrived within a few days, and the shirts are good quality. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again or to recommended them to anybody else.

Constant delay in orders

I have placed several orders in the past with Full source and every time my order either gets delayed or out of stock item but the company never makes any attempts to inform the customer the item is out of stock, and you are only told about it when you call to find out your order status. I pay for shipping and expect my order to arrive on time but only to find out once again it's been delayed by a week. 3 weeks to get my order!? It's about time Full source change its shipping company. They have definitely lost me as a customer.

Shipping costs

Bifocal safety glasses were nice quality and arrived quickly, but shipping cost was outrageous! Partially may fault for not being on the alert for this. I understand they have free shipping for orders over $99.

Unprofessional
July 14, 2020

I bought work shirts and pants from them and none fit even though I got bigger sizes. Plus the shirts are see through. Also when I returned them they charged me 7.00 Plus I had to pay for return shipping which was almost 6.00.
Terrible money hungry company that makes bad clothes. Don't buy here.

The WORST EVER

All I want to say is the people were nice but they are very slow it took forever just for them to send me an email and yeah make sure you read the fine print before you order anything... it's taking a month an a half just to embroider 10 t-shirts it's ridiculous

Expensive to return

I received my order promptly, but the shirt was too big. Many companies will provide a return label, which, even if the customer has to pay the return shipping, it will be at the rate negotiated by the company. Not Full Source -- on your own, and you will pay the USPS full rate.

I ordered items that were shown in stock. When, after they had still not shipped a week later, I called to find out what the issue was. The Customer Service representative was polite, but had no answers as to the issue. He was able to prioritize my order to ship the next business day however. It did ship as promised, but has been in transit now for nearly 2 weeks. So, three weeks total and still without the items ordered. Definitely not customer focused.

Disappointed

Placed an order back in March and it's July and still haven't received my order they sent it but never received anything called and talked to D. Carter and he won't respond to my emails or calls so now I'm out of $240 and no work jeans very disappointed

Do not order from this store unless you want to wait forever for your purchase, get the wrong size and then have to deal with the worst customer service people! They must really be cheap if they can't even make a $23 order right with a customer. Will never order from this company again, glad I'm only out $23 and not more!

I ordered 2 shirts XL then quickly realized (before they were shipped) I needed L instead. I sent an email and was told I could not change the sizes because the items were already "on their way from the warehouse". A few days later, I got an email stating the order was ready to ship and if there was anything else they could do for me. I asked again to have the sizes changed and was told that couldn't be done because the shirts had already been shipped. Waste of time shipping shirts I'm ultimately going to be returning, right?

The shirts were $20.48 ea X 2 = $40.96 + $4.53 tax and $9.99 shipping for a total of $55.48. When I finally got the shirts (which did not come with a packing letter or return slip) I called and asked what the return process was. I was told to return the shirts using whichever shipping method I'd like but that I'd be responsible for the shipping cost. Whatever. Here's my gripe. When I send the shirts back, they're refunding me $20.48 X 2 which equals $40.96 but only $3.64 tax and none of the $9.99 of the initial shipping cost. It may not seem like much but, the total refund to me is only $44.60 for 2 shirts that I didn't need PLUS I have to PAY AGAIN to ship them back and I'm STILL out 2 work shirts that I desperately need.

SLOW

It's been a month since we placed our first order and we still have received absolutely nothing. During the first week we went back and forth with the company's art department over getting correct proofs to us. We had originally sent them the same logo vector and color code files we've used for years. But, somehow they kept getting it wrong.

Our second order was placed a day or two after our first order. But, after weeks of promises and our declining 3 different proofs on that order we canceled it. We place the same order (the second one) with another vendor and received everything eight day later. And, we are still waiting on our first order from Full Source.

The company has good prices. I guess if you are not in any rush whatsoever, and don't mind paying in-full up front for an order you may not see for a month or so, it's a pretty good deal. But, our company is used to moving at, and dealing with vendors that move at, a much faster pace.

Women's work shirt

Runs a little small, the fabric is very thin-- you can see through it so you definitely have to wear a tank top under it. I would have thought being a work shirt it would be thicker more durable and not see through. I work at a desk so durability is not huge issue with it be thin material, but if you are lifting boxes, or doing anything physical you may want to rethink this top. I like the color & the style but next order will be a size up and I will have tanks ready to wear under it. For the price it was a good purchase for me.

I place an order for blank safety vests and after ten days I call to find out what was going on with my order, they say they just received the order and it will take another 10 business days to deliver it to me. This is the worst experience I ever had. I had to cancel the order because my clients are also not happy that they did not receive the product on time. Full source needs to get better at tracking orders and shipping those orders on time. Today they lost a client, and they will continue to lose more if they are not responsible

I ordered an item on Sept. 18 and called them in the following Monday. I was told the item had just arrived and was being processed to be shipped out, I should get an email in a couple days to give me the shipping date.
I called again today, the Monday after my first call to them, and was told the item I ordered had been discontinued. My card had been refunded the purchase price and that they had sent an email telling me this last week.
I never received an email last week. So who do I believe? Now I'm concerned about the security of my credit card. I won't order from this company again.

Made it right.

I ordered some Red Kap work shirts and jackets for a Christmas present for my employees. The short sleeve shirts came in but No jackets or long sleeve shirts. I called about a week later and was told that has to come from the factory and they showed to have been shipped out. 2 weeks later still nothing. I understand that things aren't in stock and take longer but definitely a huge lack of communication.

*Updated* Full Source did their best to make it right. Credit my shipping money.
