I purchased P-Series High Volume Laser Cutting and Engraving Systems in 2022 and had been using it flawlessly for milling small plastic parts. I am glad I purchased this laser and engraving machine from Faslaser because when I needed support they were there for me quickly. Thank you Fslaser!

The Muse Desktop CO2 Laser Cutter and Engraver Machines is amazing! Very user friendly and easy to learn for first time laser engravers like myself. The improvement of the speed compared to the LP1 is night and day! Excellent quality engravings as well. I haven't tried the roller yet, but I am definitely looking forward to it!

I got this for my boyfriend and he can't stop using it. Easy set up. Worth the money for sure. I would highly recommend Fslaser.

I recently purchased the Muse Titan it's awesome. I have used it alot already and it's very easy to use. It is so much easier than I originally thought. Thanks for all the help.

The laser cutter and engraver is a good product. If people can't use computers they should not be operating this machine. It took me under an hour to set up and start using. Very cool machine!

So far I love Their Laser Cutter and Engraver machine! I never imagined I could do my etching/engraving with such a small device, but everything I've done has come out beautifully! I am very happy with my muse. And now I am saving up to get the later version and some additional accessories!

I purchased the Laser cutter and engraver. It was a lot cheaper than others. It works great. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get into beginner laser cutting and engraving.

We are a custom firearms manufacturer and needed to engrave serial numbers in some lowers. FSL not only provided us with a laser at a fantastic price but connected it to our database so we could keep track of the parts without having to manually enter them. Great engineering team that can solve your issues!

Bought a laser to engrave wine bottles at our small winery in CA. Was originally looking at one of the cheaper CO2 lasers but went with the FSL UV. Head over heels impressed on the quality!

Needed a machine for an upcoming tradeshow and only FSL had one in stock locally in Las Vegas. Went by their store and walked out with a laser. Great guys!

Our school doesn't allow software to be installed on the computers and we have a firewall preventing connection to outside websites. FSL was the only one we could find with a web based software interface without an internet connection. Accepted our PO and smooth transaction.

Didn't know anything about lasers but needed to replace my old mechanical engraver. Was amazed by the camera demo on the FSL fibers! I just put down a quarter and the camera found it and engraved in under a second. Going to have fun with this!

I purchased a Muse Titan last January. (Free shipping and no tax since I purchased from Ultimate 3D Printing Store instead of Full Spectrum directly, so I saved about a thousand dollars but still spent nearly $10k on this machine) On November 25th the machine stopped powering up. I tried calling tech support but sat on hold for about 30 minutes and then the call disconnected. I then opened a ticket explaining the issue. Three days later they responded to the ticket instructing me to take the machine side cover off and send them a video showing any lights coming on. I sent the video and... no response.

I then sent a ticket reply asking if it is normal for a reply to take so long.

Finally on December 14th they instructed me to remove the boards from the machine and mail them to FS Laser. Which I promptly did. By December 21st they shipped the repaired boards back to me.

When I installed the boards the machine powers up but will not autofocus and the laser fires intermittently if I try to send a job.

I updated the ticket explaining the issue and once again heard nothing for a week.

Finally I called and waited on hold and got to speak with a guy who told me the engineers would be reaching out that day January 4th. It's now January 14th and I still have not heard back from them.

Not sure what to do now. My warranty expires at the end of this month.

I wish I had purchased a generic laser from China since parts and service items are readily available, and I wouldn't be limited to one company that could help with problems.

This is not a 3D laser as they claim. As a DIY'r i knew I would be on my own. As for support wasn't expecting much. But was disappointed in overall experience and value.

We had a deal worked out with Hans for a Muse 3D. After agreeing (I have the emails to back it up) to the deal we asked him to send over a payment link. When I looked at the link he had marked up the quote by almost $300. When I asked him about it, he said they pass the credit card charges to the customer. I told him I wasn't paying anything more than what was quoted (with taxes and shipping). He refused to honor the deal so I went to another company to place the order for the machine. It arrived quickly, but upon inspecting the machine there was damage on the interior. These machines are supposedly QC'd at the factory. The damage to the interior was under a screen and also had to be accessed by a glass door (neither of which were damaged). The rails were also misaligned and crooked. Because the glass and lcd were I damaged, it makes me believe this was done maliciously in retaliation for buying from another company. Full Spectrum Laser has ignored all attempts to get this corrected. They refuse to send a replacement. They won't take our calls. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Flat out crooks.

If you are thinking about getting a larger machine stay away from Full Spectrum Laser. The department manager and sales supervisor told me that they had no discounts going on when they were clearly posted on the Facebook page and their own page, Very shady sales practices going on. Getting a Mira9!
