My Muse came up working right away. Great product for the price!

Setup was straightforward. Follow You-tube videos AND supplied instructions since there are some minor differences. I really don't have all of the words to express how I feel about my experiences with this product and the company I purchased it from Fslaser.

We bought P-Series High Volume Laser Cutting and Engraving Systems back in November. While I had a learning curve on using the the laser. Fslaser was especially helpful; answering questions, software issues, user's errors. I would recommend dealing with this company again!

It's a great machine for beginners and a great price. To get your feet wet to be introduced to CNC machining. The accuracy is ok for what your getting. The assemble instructions could use some work, but there is alot of videos on YouTube to help you along the way.

Muse Fiber Galvo Laser is my first laser and first time using something like this and I got the hang of it pretty easily. Make some practice runs to figure things out before doing an actual product. Thanks!

Our school built a fab lab and FSL was instrumental to the success. Sent Walker out to train the teachers for a day and everyone enjoyed the experience!

Needed a new software update after my Windows crashed and FSL still provided it to me despite the machine being 6 years old. Wish my car had the same service!

I've had my FSL PS24 machine for 5 years and it's still running strong! Nice to see a business support it's customers for such a long time.

Great product, great service. Shipping was fast and every question I've had has been answered quickly. Overall I'm really happy; the machine is really powerful and the more time I put into using it, the happier I am with what it's capable of.

I was happily surprised with how easy P-Series High Volume Laser Cutting and Engraving Systems was to assemble (took 1 hour 20 minutes). I didn't swear in frustration once! I ran the sample gcode it came with and it was just as advertised. I'd buy it again!

Could not be happier with the MC Series Industrial Laser Systems as our first experience in the world of CNC. For those who want to get started with CNC at a reasonable price, this is your machine. Easy to assemble, surprisingly sturdy and very accurate. Fslaser make starting a new hobby a great experience.

I received the Fslaser Muse Desktop CO2 Laser Cutter and Engraver Machines through Fslaser. It was easy to put together. It now works as advertised. Perfect!

The Muse Fiber Galvo Laser Machines was very simple to assemble. Almost anyone should have not much of a problem. Will be buying another, or maybe two more, to double or triple my productivity.

Assembly and setup were easy, and the included software is great to get things going right away. I'd definitely recommend this product!

I have never used a Laser cutter and engraving machine before and found this to be relatively simple to learn and use. I had a challenge with the board and they were quick to respond and sent a new board within a few days. The CO2 Laser Cutter and Engraver Machine is a great product.

The CO2 Laser Cutter and Engraver Machines was reasonably priced and great for beginners. Had an issue several months after purchase and customer service solved immediately. Very happy with purchase.

So far I am enjoying my new Laser Cutting and Engraving Systems. The instructions were easy to follow in assembly, and there are lots of resources available on learning how to use the software. The product came with a faulty control board, but Fslaser quickly responded to my emails about it and sent a new one within a few days which has been working fine.

The Muse Fiber Galvo Laser Machines is Gear! I am a beginner at the CNC so when I say it's easier then I thought it would be I mean it. I've never used a CNC before and with in a day I was carving. Very user friendly. It's a good buy for the money. Would definitely recommend this to anyone getting into CNCs.

The MC Series Industrial Laser Systems machine has been great for someone interested in learning more about Laser and engraving. Assembly was okay and there are plenty of Youtube videos to assist with questions. We've made a few different projects that have been fun to create. It's been great!

Highly Recommended Fslaser. CO2 Laser Cutter and Engraver Machines is mostly easy to assemble and to set up the ofline controller is a nice feature due to your pc losing conection so i prefer to use the offline controller. Thanks again Fslaser.
