The support team has been dreadful. Just simply using copy & paste generic replies as if they're working for Amazon. If you have a specific issue, like my account did, where the verification link wouldn't show, they're useless. After over 65 days of trial and error, I finally got my payout. I recommend taking some more time to train the support team properly instead of relying on copy and paste responses.

Again I wanted to withdraw money clicked on new option of visa. Then I realized I don't have my Visa card and that it will give me some kind of Visa card in dollars that I don't need and wound be able to use. I never did cash out and just wanted to go the old way through pay pal. But those funds were already off my account. So now my account doesn't have that money but they have never been cash out as well. I can't reverse this anyhow. There are just stuck there. And the helpline was a nightmare. First the bot chat - useless, secondly I finally was transferred to a person, and they just simply never got in contact with me… so now I literally just lost money and time

I had been playing on freecash for over a year now and had started earning some small bits of money here and there. I have loved it and enjoyed playing every day but recently I've had a different experience. The moment I started redeeming large amounts of rewards from monopoly go (by paying to get to the level requirements by purchasing packs in game mind you), I suddenly get a banned notification stating that I somehow violated the TOS. No notification to me, and no reason. I just find it funny that when I suddenly got a lot of money the app decided to ban me. Looking over the common reasons I don't meet any of the reasons for violation. I don't have a VPN I've never charged back an app, I've never had more than one account and I've withdrawn multiple times in the past so I have verified my ID. I'll update my review to satisfied if this is resolved but currently I have around $300 worth of rewards that I can't do anything with and that's very upsetting.

At first I was hesitant. I saved up my points and then panicked that perhaps it was going to be another app that scams you. *THANKFULLY IT IS NOT A SCAM* I was able to cash out. After a simple verification.

I know you have to play long enough to earn funds. I have played well long enough just to earn 20 dollars. I put my card info in and it was accepted. But I can't receive my funds. I play games for fun. But to do everything I have done... I would not recommend this to anyone. I gave my card information and it said approved. Haven't received any money. 2,10 dollar transactions is what you all tried to do... Still haven't been able to reteve funds. It's ok. But to give my card info makes me upset. I have tried many apps, but Free Cash has given me the best payouts in the shortest time. The only gripe is that I don't always qualify for the apps or the surveys, and sometimes I get kicked out at the end and do not receive my points. Mostly it is a good app with fast pay outs.
I'm quite frustrated, as I had an offer to spend in real life money to get a credit that equaled more on freecash. I completed the offer and a few other offers during my time waiting, and 2 of the 3 support requests got denied after waiting for support for 19 days 😵💫 I'm still waiting on the last support item to belooked over. The weird thing is too they don't tell you why it was denied. Honestly a little shady.

Love the concept of being paid to play games, or I guess watch ads, however getting paid for each objective can be a little tricky.
I have noticed that the first 3 or 4 objectives are no problem, but the further down the list you get the less likely you are to get paid even when you lodge tickets.
Also, there seems to be a descrepancy sometimes between the ticket page and the offer page meaning you think you have completed an objective only to find out the ticket was working o a different time frame to what the offer stated.
Also I have had a number of surveys come back saying I didn't qualify after I have completed the survey, which can be a lil frustrating. But overall it is the best paid to play app I have found and the cash out options are great and very reliable.
So far so good. I mean I was able to make what 1100 bucks in one day the other day. Just people need to remember you have to spend money to make money. So thinking about like a small business did you want to make money doing this? You need to invest money into it so therefore those level ups and all that stuff like the bingo ones especially and they pay out a lot but you have to spend a lot to get there. I spent 350 bucks and I made $1,100 off that so it's pretty good but you're not going to get that far through it unless you spend money to do so or it just won't work. My only issue is I should wait 7 days and now every time to get my money so that kind of sucks. But other than that say it works. If you make it work you should go to plan it out just right
Playing and earning was fun when I first started using free cash but after playing awhile I constantly get cheated out of earnings and it's almost impossible or very difficult to try to file a ticket and several times when I have managed to file a ticket I've never gotten a response let alone my earned rewards

I was apprehensive at first but I quickly learned that this was a legit site. Yes, it's likely necessary to spend a little to earn the rewards, but the amount I made far outweighs what I've spent.
Give it a try... Afterall, your spending your valuable time playing game apps so you might as well earn money.
Multiple apps do not track or update leading to wasting a lot of time for nothing and eventually giving up. 85% of surveys I click I dont qualify for or bug out in some way. Delays on payouts and miscellanious fees lead to an overall negative experience once you actually make money.

I've been a freecash user for a few months now, and overall it's been pretty good. I do have a couple of issues(?) one is, it's hard to get a human to discuss the issues I've had, the bot keeps linking me solutions that aren't feasible or relevant.
Also for some reason the app has gone into lite mode, so there isn't much of a choice of games or offers. Surveys have disappeared all together. My understanding is you're working on this, but it's been a month now, and still nothing. If these issues are cleared up, I think we can have a great app. My cash out have worked, I've had to verify my ID with selfies 🙈 and a government ID, but it's was almost instantaneously, and my understanding is this will not get out of freecash hands, so my selfie won't be floating around out there. 😅
Anyways I can't give a five star until these issues have been cleared up. Until then, I hope to continue our "relationship" 😉 keep the games and offers coming.

Only options for Visa redemption were $5/10/25, etc, residual balance on Visa card is useless so my $5 makes them $0.80 left over that I can do nothing with.

I've spent many days earning rewards and even paid cash for bonuses. I earned around £180 in rewards. When I tried to withdraw it via a visa "prepaid card" yesterday, it has been submitted and is pending. They claim this can take up to 30mins. There's no real recourse for this issue. "Customer service" is just an AI bot that redirects you to the less than helpful FAQ
