To earn money you have to level up but it's very difficult to level up and all the levels are over a hundred and each level is very difficult the game is easy so it gets boring quickly and there's little money
It's very frustrating that when I get midway through a survey I get dropped. Sometimes I'm 10 minutes or more into the survey and then all of a sudden I get dropped out of it and I don't get rewarded properly. It's like there's so many bugs and it took me four days to earn five dollars in a whole week to get to my first withdrawal limit. It's not because I wasn't consistently trying to do them, it was the fact that I kept getting kicked out and I'm spending five hours a day at minimum trying to complete them. It has so many glitches that I wish would get addressed.

You have to wait 7 to 14 days in order to get paid for the games even if it's $1. I didn't know this until I met my first goal! Most of the surveys disqualify you and the customer support is no help at all. They just send a bunch of pre typed responses and don't try to do anything to really help you.

I just reached the 20 dollar mark to make my first withdrawal. The withdrawal was quick and easy. Getting to the 20 dollar mark was a bit more challenging. I had one game stop recording my achievements once the payouts would've been above a dollar. Took screenshots and created a ticket but was denied payment. Can't really complain about free money tho, it's not a scam, I will continue to use it.
A lot of game offers were "not available to my region" (Zambia). Never got a single survey. After fighting tooth and nail to gain what I could… I only made $10. And I have no usable offers left

I played Bingo Blitz, reached Copenhagen (did not say that it was expired and STILL does not say that it has expired), and have passed Copenhagen by a few cities and still have not been credited my $80. I've never had an issue with any of the credits before this city. So I filed a ticket with all the screenshots and it was rejected without an explanation. I'm very disappointed and irritated. It's been several days since I completed this offer.

As someone who isn't very cyber savvy but trying to learn without nearby help available I'de have thought an app that has a public profile like freecash, with links in-app to contact support, would actually have competent support staff that know how to help and support users. Nope, not the case, after a couple months trying to figure out the app and offers, approx 10 offers tried, all offers not operating/rewarding correctly so I tried to ask support for help. I am disappointed to say that the AI bot is hopeless, the rare humans I got to try chat with either gave vague support messages that read like its cut-n-paste from a textbook, or I got a completely incorrect answer that put me behind in the offers with support not helping until too late with a reply similar too 'dah im sorry you are frustrated, please try this troubleshoot' and then repeated. Many rewards never paid out, even weeks later (despite clear proof of completion) and customer service never responded (despite clear proof, and way past the (already longer than expected) waiting time. Definitely would not recommend full heartedly as a company that is truthful and and forthcoming about their offers. Likely FTC violations were an attorney interested in pursuing

I've downloaded and tried Most of the available games. They are the same across most of these types of sites. The surveys are really trash. Either I don't qualify or I get half way through then to no surprise i get an error and no credit. When I find a game I like and complete the challenges to gain rewards the money pends for 5/7/14 days; the say in order to prevent fraud smh. The only plus is that when you do cash out it comes quickly but must be an even amount. $5-$10 or whatever.

Most games don't pay after a task has been completed and when cashing out, the virtual card payment was a scam, kept declining, even if the purchase was way below the value of the funds on the virtual card 😏

SCAM. You may be able to cash out once or twice from the bonus and some small tasks here and there but then any significant rewards will say 'pending' for 7 days and then it still won't release. I contacted support and just got these automated messages back telling me 'my chargeback rate is too low (Wich I only had one chargeback and it seems confident that it was a survey for 4.50 that I took my time on because it paid good) then they proceed to tell me the only way I can get the money is to make over 4,000 points by doing surveys or playing games. It's a straight scam, they disqualify you from something to "drop your chargeback rate' so they can then tell you that you have to play or do surveys more and make thousands of points to have your money released. They keep refusing to pay rewards without any detailed explanation. I spent money and hours completing tasks, but suddenly, they didn't track, and I didn't get rewarded. I submitted a ticket and provided every detail with evidence showing I completed the task within the timeframe, but they kept saying, 'We can't provide details, but we can't pay.' The unpaid rewards have now exceeded $200. They never pay for bigger rewards. Don't waste your time and money.

It's hard to get a hold of customer service. They can't really trouble shoot questions I may have and was told I'd be contacted with in 24hrs and it's been 4 days already and no reply. And payout should be more accessible instead of a 7day Wait period.

I finally got my cash out balance to 30$ and cashed out this morning only to not be credited to my bank the 30$ reward I cashed out. The amount of ads to revenue ratio is so skewed. For some of the games, it would take a month or more to get a few dollars. And since it can only be new users, I can't play 75% of the games shown since I've tried them before. There's not an option to get rid of an offer I would qualify for.

I recently spent $200 to receive a gift card and it hasn't shown up yet. While I'm sure it will appear eventually, there is no place that I can find to check on it's status. I have also experienced several times where points weren't credited when I completed the task. And I don't know how to let you know.
