The perfumes I ordered did not come in their original box and the perfumes did not even have a lid.
They arrived in boxes that looked like used cartoon figures, very poorly presented.

I have bought for many times with that company AND I ALWAYS HAVE ISSUE WITH THEM AND SINCE 2/3/25 I PURCHASED A PRODUCTS AND TODAY IS 2/11/25 AND I STILL WAITING FOR MY PRODUCTS IF YOU ASK ME IF I WILL BUY WITH THEM AGAIN, I THINK I HAVE IT CLEAR. THIS IS MY LAST TIME SO I ENCOURAGE YOU TO THINK TWISTE BEFORE YOU BUY WITH THEM IF YOU DON'T NEED SOMETHING RIGHT AWAY

FragranceX is quick and accurate at filling orders. Be aware, though, that the coupon codes in the box are no better, and sometimes not as good, then the one that's always available on the website anyway. That's the one thing I don't appreciate.

I've bought in the past and it went well. But this time I wanted to place a large order (4 deodorants plus a perfume). When I received the tracking number, I saw that my package would arrive on January 3. The delivery man never rang and left the package on the doorstep (a 32-unit building). Obviously, it was stolen. When I wrote to them, I got a corporate reply to the effect that they had received the delivery note, so no recourse, that's all. They use cheap delivery companies that don't require a signature (even for $225 purchases!). Not secure enough to buy from this company again.

I am happy with this company. They kept me informed of the whole process, when it was processed, shipped and when I could expect it. Products were priced reasonably and I had given up on finding two favorite fragrances of my younger years. I found both of them here. I will be ordering from them again!

I was so disappointed, if they offered a 0 star rating; I would have given them that.I will never do business with them anymore. Stay away from this one.

I was waiting and waiting for the order and I looked up on the website to track it and it just said canceled. No explanation, no reason, and no notice. That's really bad service.

The service was great, and I get my goods very fast. I really appreciate thus service and I'll always recommend my friends and family to shop with you guys.

I received the product promptly. I that was enough said about my experience.
