Well, I'm still waiting to hear from the driver to tell me when he's going to load it and bring it to me so far he hasn't contacted me today with that information
The freight company is trying to charge me more than the original bid!
When will I finish paying transfer co., when will he be picking up merchandise?,and when will he be delivering?
I don't think it would be appropriate to give any concrete rating yet, but so far not too bad. We are just in the beginning stages of my experience. Once everything is done from start to finish I will be glad to submit an accurate rating along with some general comments.

So far I have heard nothing from shipper. Tried to call, no answer. Tried to e-mail, no reply. We may need to contact a different trucker
The gentleman booking my load was very polite and courteous, but he made two critical errors. He scheduled the pickup at Scottsbluff NE instead the tractor was at Torrington WY. Therefore, it was further than published and in a different state and the freight company charged me more than quoted. The width was also advertised wrong, so the dealer had to take the duals off and I am going to mount them back on the tractor!
FR8Star customer service has been very prompt, extremely informative and friendly to talk to. From there things have perhaps gone downhill somewhat. My load has not yet been assigned, obviously not shipped. I was promised an expedited shipment and paid premium for it. The final results have yet to be realized.
The company that I used and it appears that all of these companies do not own their trucks so you're dealing with a number of people no updates were give unless I reached out to them the people at fr8 did a good job checking status for me

Heard from the shipper once. Tried to call, but line was discontinued. Emailed several times but only received one reply back and that was "Is the shipment ready for pick-up or something to that effect". Shipping company's customer service is not up to par as far as I am concerned. Response from FR8Star was great. Spoke with a gentleman named "Joe" and was please with his service. Would use FR8Star again
Only thing i really don't like is waiting on delivery date going on 24 hours now. I understand what the deal is but I've been on both sides of load board I know they have a truck scheduled by now.
Nina has been very friendly and helpful on several occasion.

This load had a very short deadline for pickup and was during a winter storm which made it even more difficult. FR8 was very helpful making calls to find someone to help me and at a very reasonable rate. Have used before and will use again. Great people.
