Tension due to the mounting emotions of being misled and mishandled by a group of people attempting to create a culture of negligence that could not be spear headed and daily becomes more common. Thinking in my mind this may just be another call which would land on deaf ears and land me feeling more and more vulnerable, I waited timidly for the Morgan and Morgan legal professional who would soon prove all my apprehension to be reconciled. With patience and professionalism, he listened to my narrative and gently encouraged me through the tough parts. After a brief hold, he returned to the phone with the best news I have gotten in a long my time! Well my case still continues currently at the moment. But my old case manager lyndies was amazing, I just recently got a new manager and haven't really spoken much to her. Soo based off my experience would be from my last management experience and made everything very simple and was there every moment I needed.
