I am very disappointed in the customer service i received over the phone.
I placed an order and it was sent back to you guys... when i called on the 14th to ask if Forever21 received my package (so it can be sent back to me) the lady told me she has not received it and i would get an email telling me when Forever21 got my package so it could be sent back & that my package would definitely be at my door step before Christmas eve.
It is now the 19th... 6 days away from Christmas and i do not have the presents i ordered! Nor did i receive an email of any kind.
When i called today, another lady said "yes, we've had your package since the 12th or 13th of Dec"... are you kidding me? I could have had that sent to me and would have paid more to get it sent within a few days. Now im going to cancel my order because i wont receive it until after Christmas... She also mentioned that you guys do not send emails to tell us Forever21 has received it... WHY WAS I WAITING FOR THIS EMAIL
I get that you guys can not get it here because its only 6 days away from Christmas but seriously... I have been waiting for this "email' and got nothing.

I WAS ORDER COUPLE ITEMS ONLINE AND 2 OF THEIR ITEMS IS DAMAGE, I TRY TO CONTACT THEM, THEY TOLD ME THAT WITH OUT THE TAG THEY CAN RETURN OR REPLACE IT. I DID EXPLAIN TO THEM I TYPE A PERSON MUST WASH EVERYTHING BOFORE I WEAR IT, THEY TOLD ME THEIR RETURN N REPLACEMENT MUST HAVE THE TAG N NOT WASHED. THIS IS REDICULOUS I NEVER SEE A COMPANY LIKE THIS, THE ITEMS NOT TOO EXPENSIVE BUT THE FACT THAT THEY NOT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR DAMAGE ITEMS. I STRONG SUGGEST THAT WHOEVERS WANT TO SHOP WITH FOREVER21, MUST READ THIS BEFORE THEY SHOP, I MYSELF WILL NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
Terrible customer Service. Three weeks NO ORDER... No response to my now 14 emails. Horrible waste of money

The only reason I didn't give them 1-2 stars is because I was a dedicated customer for years. Their sizes were consistent, affordable, and I ALWAYS referred people to them, but not anymore. My last transaction with them was a nightmare. For one, they completely changed their sizing - I was consistently a medium and I bought heels and a dress for an induction (I don't have a car so I couldn't go to stores so I was relying heavily on this dress working). The dress was cut way too narrow and the heels didn't fit, but to be fair I have wide feet so I figured they wouldn't work. I returned them that week through my University's mail service, and wasn't notified about my refund or anything. I called them twice in 2 months inquiring about my order, but they didn't receive it and I would be notified. The second time I called, however, I was hung up on by a customer service rep and I had to call again, and they told me there was nothing they could do. I was out $40, which to a college kid is crucial - I didn't have money to buy groceries and was waiting for my paycheck, so I used the rest of my money on my student ID card to get through the week (thank god I was going home). This was such an ordeal that I refuse to do business with them.
Ordered a Dress on april 11th 2017 and I used the free shipping code (Fest21), it was supposed to be here April 14th. I wake up to an alert that my package was intercepted! Called usps first and they said it was intercepted by the sender( mind you i didn't even know wtf intercepted meant until calling usps). So then i call forever21 and they swear up and down that they only do interceptions through fed ex. Same argument that whole day (friday). My package got back to the warehouse on Monday april 17th. And now their argument is wait a couple days for email blah blah. Supervisor also contacted me said the same thing customer service said and then went on to saying ill contact you by the end of the day and never did! Now tell me if this here makes sense... I am a person who hates paying for shipping which is why i was able to luck up with the code for the dress. Okay so now why tf would i PAY MORE Damn money just to intercept the package? Just to call and ask for it back ( and being told i have to pay EVEN MORE MONEY for the re-ship). The only one at a loss is me! I hope puma sues you a**holes for everything yall have!
I ordered a bunch of stuff from forever 21 and I made it out to be express shipping (2-5 days) so it could come before I leave on my 2 week vacation (which would be the 6th day). I kept checking my order online to see when it would come and they kept changing the arrival time. The order came 10 days after I ordered it NOT 2 to 5 days. Because the order came late I wanted the express shipping I paid for to be refunded so I called the customer service line and encountered the worst customer service experience of my life. The woman said "we have no proof it arrived late" WHEN IT OBVIOUSLY DID and proceeded with, "It doesn't say you ordered with express" WHEN MY ACCOUNT LITERALLY SAYS EXPRESS SHIPPING $29.95. I was so fed up with this woman that I started arguing with her and before I could even finish she doesn't even tell me that she redirected me to the main representative. FINALLY this representative got my order refunded but they acted like this was my fault and were thrilled to be getting off the phone with me. You people are suppose to help customers not act like it's an inconvenience when someone has a problem, DO YOUR JOB!
Too disappointed Order don't arrive and they charged me. They even don't have a landline for customer service at Canada. Stay away from them please
I opted forever 21 to get my girlfriend stuff from here. The quality is just up to the mark. Can be happy but not delighted.
Doesnt have plus sized clothing thats rue21. But they have good looking styles of boots and heels for the fall and there jewlery isnt as good as rue21
What reputable retail establishment does not honour product returns for full credit with receipt and original tags attached within two days of purchase.! When I attempted to return a sweater I purchased for my daughter I was told by the sales agent that I would be issued a store credit only. I was shocked. I wanted to speak to a manager and I was informed she was a manager. This manager, representing Forever 21, was a young lady with her belly button exposed between her jeans and short top. Totally unsympathetic to the argument that I was never told at the time of purchase that there would be no returns and there were no signs stating that policy anywhere in the vicinity of the checkout, she simply directed me to the fine print notation at the bottom of my sales receipt stipulating their policy. WHO LOOKS AT THE WORDING OF THE FINE PRINT ON A SALES RECEIPT AT TIME OF PURCHASE! Especially in recent times where that policy went out the window years ago. I have never shopped, and I do a lot of it, at any reputable store where returns with proper receipts has been an issue. I had absolutely no alternative but to accept the store credit she insisted was my ONLY option. I personally will never give Forever 21 the satisfaction of using that credit for my own purposes. I will find some needy person to give it to.
I am disappointed and troubled that "The Bay" has chosen to lease store space to such a ripoff business.
It certainly will influence my decisions to support The Bay in the future as | have done for the past fifty odd years. I will be sure to bring my views to their attention.

This clothing site is fantastic as everybody knows it, they care for their customers need and I respect that I love everything they sell.
They have cute stuff but could definitely do better with their plus size clothes! If they put in more time it would be better!
The cloths are cheep and they don't let you get a refund.
They give you store credit because there stuff is crap.

I ordered a top & coat from forever 21. Shipping took longer than expected, then I get my package and the top is the wrong color. I called customer service and get a woman, who tells me I must take care of my return online and I won't recieve the item that I originally ordered. She also tells me I cannot return in the store because I did not receive the item I ordered. I ask to speak to a supervisor, and she says "okay but they will tell you the same thing" I agree and she puts me on hold for a very long time. When she returns, she tells me that all the supervisors are busy and she can have them call me back in 24 hours, I tell her that is unacceptable and I will wait. After waiting awhile I hang up and call back. This time I get a man, who verifies all of My information, not once, but twice. Tells me he will send a shipping label to send the item back but once again, I won't recieve the ORIGINAL item that I ordered. Then tells me I need to take a picture of the item and email it to them before I can get a shipping label. I still don't know where I am suppose to email the picture. I really feel if I company messes something up, like SENDING THE WRONG ITEM the company should fix it, I should not have to jump through hoops to get redemption. I will not shop here again.

They added so much light + white filter on the pictures, it looks so weird in real life.
Has good clothing for good prices. Never messed up an order and delivers fast. Dresses run a little small, size chart wasn't very accurate.
Return policy is a ripoff. This reminds me why I elect not to shop low quality bargain stores. Never would I again! Peace...
Answer: Yes, its horrible customer service and if you return items purchased online to the return address provided. The items disappear even with postal tracking to say it was delivered. I return 8 pair of jeans in the same box original box. Forever 21 warehouse said i rerurn 1 item. Does not make sense to pay $20.00 delivery confirmation to return 1 pair of $8.00 jeans. Be aware, someone in the warehouse does not scanning the return items and keep it for their own use or sale. Which makes it bad for honest customers that want to return items for exchange. Customer service was no help and basically said nothing was return but 1 pair of jeans. I ask for warehouse contact information, i was told its confidential. Do not purchase!

I mailed them 100 times they only send auto generated message nothing else nd I have already paid money for the pant... I called customer service no response. No refund they cheated me. I hate forever 21 its not trustworthy its fraud
