Ordered on Cyber Monday & still haven't received any kind of update on my order aside from a lame 20% off coupon. I'm not going to use a 20% off coupon knowing full well after this stunt that I'm never going to get my items. The customer chat online makes you wait in a queue of 200+ people and then when you're just about to be the next customer, the chat closes. I've spent hours on the phone trying to get a customer service rep, and all of my emails have gone unanswered. I don't even need the items I ordered anymore, the event that I ordered them for is over. The excuse about "overwhelming orders" for Black Friday is just that, an excuse. It's a big load of BS & I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER order anything from here again. I've been a true F21 customer for over ten years and I've never experienced a situation like this before. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else. In the meantime, F21 should do itself a favor and stop posting about upcoming collabs and other things on their social media. It's such a bad look and business model to completely disregard this huge issue and continue to ignore it while posting unrelated marketing campaigns on the internet. Embarrassing & I hope they never recover from bankruptcy & are put out of business forever.
I would give it zero star if i could. I don't recommend anyone to shop from forever 21. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service. I made an order on Friday and I chose express shipping so that I can get it with in 3 day befor I leave US. However, my order wasn't delivered on time. Thus, I wanted to make sure when it will arrive. So, I called and I was told that my order will be delivered on Friday( after I leave US), and I tried to explain my problem. However, instead of getting a solution I was blamed for their problem. The customer rep told me that it was my problem for not calling sooner. But, how am I suppose to know that my order will arrive late? I only call when I don't get my order by the time I am expecting it. It is their responsibility to let their customers know if their orders are arriving late. Also, he told me that someone else can return the item for me and I can get the refund for the item I bought but not for the money I spent on shipping. If I am not getting my stuff then I shall not be charged a penny. He also told be that it is a waste of time talking to him since he has no other options. I have never ever been disappointed with a customer service as I am today.
I brought a pair of boot from F21. But the size was smaller than what was mentioned. Quality of product was good.

I have ordered online several times and have never had an issue. Today I placed an order and put in a 20% off code that was promoted all over the website. The first time I tried to put it in it said it couldnt be applied and instead kept giving me a discounted $6 off. I have no idea where this came from. Tried again and all went through. When I got my order confirmation the 20% promo code was missing and the only thing on there was that rinky dink $6 off discount that I didnt apply. Called customer service to get a refund on the additional $10 it charged me since it took off the 20% promo code discount. I informed them there was a glitch on the website and wouldnt even allow me to log in. They said there was nothing they could do except cancel the order and I could keep retrying. It's not the customers fault the website is glitching, I shouldnt be inconvenienced and have to keep replacing and cancelling an order over and over. Wont buy from them online ever again!
We went through into this store and got some Great Deals! I got at least 8 items for less than $50! That was Awesome! I hit the jackpot with the deals I got. Checkout was awful! I was behind the woman Keia waited on, and she had a whole conversation with her and it was a good vibe! I was next. I greeted her, and she spoke. I asked her how her day was, and she said it was good, and she was ready to go. That was it. She told me to have a good night. I didn't get any conversation at all. I didn't get the same customer service the woman in front of me got. That made me feel some type of way. I didn't appreciate that at all. Something was said when I walked away and she laughed loudly. I felt like that was about me. I didn't feel very welcomed at all. I spoke just to see if she would give me the same conversation, but I didn't get it at all. I was very disappointed. I would really appreciate it if she was retrained on her Customer Service Skills. Everyone should feel the same way no matter what. Thank you for your time and the awesome deals you have there!
I love forever 21! Their designer is so clever! I mean their dress design is so pretty! I can dress my lbd for any occasion! Love it, cheap but good quality!
Made an order with clothes as gifts for Ney Year!, they ddint send some part of it, not all goods were inside. And now they want me to send all back, from UKRAINE and pay shipping cost. Didnt want to refund a few bucks or to send lacking items, dont care about reputation. They never respond to messages if you have problems! Had to open a case and now they want me EVERYTHIGN to send back to get a full refund! WILL NEVER DEAL AGAIN! Order *******
I loooove forever 21 but since ordering online and having to deal with customer service is changing my whole perception of them.
I placed an online order and my stupid auto fill put in my cousins name instead of mine since it was associated with the shipping address I used to use but I am currently out of state so was going to pick up at a store location, anyways I called customer service and they said it will just sit in the store and after 10 days of nobody picking it up it would shipped back to warehouse and I would be given a full refund.
Well 10 days came and went I also waited another 2 weeks just to give them time and NO REFUND, I called and spoke with customer service which are sound like their not from the united states but was told they don't know what's going on and if I want I can call the store myself and ask them to ship my stuff back to their warehouse smh what kind of bull$#*! is that and to wait 5 more days to see if the store ships it back and to call back.
I called back today and heard 2 different stories from 2 different people and again to wait because my order is still sitting in the store. I then asked to talk to a manager and of course they were all "busy"
I have been waiting over a month for a refund. I am not rich I do not have the luxury of waiting on my money like that.

I HAD TO LEAVE MY THINGS AFTER BEING IN THE STORE FOR 2 HOURS LEFT OUR THINGS AT THE COUNTER IN SHOCK. I FOUND OUT THAT DO WON CHANG AND JIN SOOK ARE THE OWNERS OF YOUR COMPANY. IT SAD THAT AFTER 3 WEEKS STILL NO CALL FROM UPPER MANAGMENT. YOU DO NOT VALE YOU CUSTOMERS ITS SO SAD. THE ONLY REASON I GAVE ONE STAR IS BECUASE I COULD NOT GIVE NO STARS TO POST THIS REVIEW. I wish i had know, i order a dress for the first time with forever 21 on April 10,2017, and it says it was delivered on 04/12/2017, and i don't have nor did not get my dress. Every-time i call i get sent to the Philippines, and am told that they can't make outgoing calls. I called Canada post and i was told that the sender has to call and file a missing package report i can't do so. I been calling forever 21 from 04/13/2017 and getting no where i was told i can't get my money back. So i have no dress and i can't get my money back REALLY!. I called 4 different stores trying to get a number to call the location where it was shipped from in "2450 Hogan Drive Mississauga, Ontario L5N 0G4" CANADA and no one has a number for this place I WANT MY MONEY BACK! And this is crap. B. S what the hell. FOREVER 21 I WANT MY MONEY BACK. NOT HAPPY.
I recently made a purchase with Forever 21 and after waiting 11days for my items to arrive, I received an email stating my order was returned to their warehouse. When I can in there is not an option to speak to an agent unless you select that you would like to place an order. If you select that you need help on an existing order the operator repeats the tracking number over and over again. I finally reached an agent and he wasnt able to tell my why my items were returned and offered to reship them. When i requested express shipping he said sure but you will pay 9.99. I refused as they inconvenienced me and he continued to say you pay or we will reship with normal shipping. When i asked for a supervisor he became very rude began to speak over me and tell me he would just give me a refund. He told me a supervisor would do nothing for me and he knows what the supervisors can or cant do because they are in the same employee meetings. He kept asking why do i need to speak to a supervisor asking me if i thought he was lying to me. He placed me on hold after having to request a supervisor 10times only to tell me know one was available and they would call me back in 2 days. Forever 21 operator says theres an online chat but there is not. I have never been mistreated so bad by a company that i paid my money to.
Love all the clothes. You get what you pay for with that. However, their customer service is pathetic. They say receive your package in 5-7 business days, but what they mean is receive your package in 5-7 business days from whenever we decide to ship it. I ordered an outfit on the 12th of October with intent to wear it on the 21th of October. They didnt even ship it till the 18th so theyre telling me the arrival date is the 27th (15 days after ordering or 11 business days). I talked to 2 customer service reps and they gave me the same answer youll receive your package in 5-7 business days from whenever we ship it then ask me if there is anything else they can help me with, as if that was suppose to have satisfied me. They dont care about customer service in the slightest.
Whats even more pathetic is that its not even shipped through a 3rd party. Its shipped direct to store and they cant do any better than 11 business days and shoulder shrugging.
I have been waiting for someone to contact me from Forever 21 for over two weeks now regarding a return. I paid tracking on my return so that I would know when the return arrived and no one from any department emailed me to let me know they received it. Today I called theCustomer Service hotline where a woman named Diana M. Became very irritated when I asked here multiple questions regarding the information she was giving me so that I could have better clarification. Upon me realizing this conversation was not going to end with my questions being answered, I asked to speak to a floor supervisor. She then told me they didnt have supervisors. After me explaining to her that was a lie, she then changed her story to saying that all supervisors were in a meeting after placing me on hold for 15-20 minutes(hoping I would hang up). I told her I would wait additional time to speak to a supervisor and she responded no worries for me and placed me on hold, only to return 5 minutes later to TELL me she was hanging up because someone would call me back.
After the poor disregard and professionalism displayed since 5/25/18 when I purchased my order, up until right now at this moment, I have been disrespected and shown no regard for being a customer. I will be paying off my credit card and will no longer purchase from this company.
I ordered a ecard for my granddaughter for Valentine's Day and she kept never receiving it, although they resent it. Be aware that they say it can take 24-48 business hours for it to be sent! I think snail mail is faster. When it was clear they were having a problem, I asked to speak to a supervisor and they basically said no, everything was being done that could be done. It required me to have a full on menopausal meltdown for them to get a supervisor on the line. He gave me the code and PIN number and said she could use it online or in the store. Again it did not work. I called today and asked for a refund. They couldn't do it, I was told. Again had to summon the demons within to get a supervisor. She said the could not cancel it and issue a refund although I told her if she didn't I would go through my credit card. I went through my credit card. They didn't seem very surprised that this happened. Between that and all these terrible reviews, I think they are not just providing awful customer service but may be actively scamming people. Beware!
I placed and order back on November 4 for about $50 worth of merchandise. I got basic shipping and didn't mind that it would take a long time. I used UPS to track it. On November 13th, the tracking number indicated that it had been delivered.
In fact, I was working home that afternoon because I was expecting this delivery. A delivery or mailman buzzed up to my apartment. I buzzed him in, put my shoes on and went to retrieve the package downstairs. When I got to the stairwell, there was nothing there. I sincerely hope that it was not my Forever 21 delivery/it was stolen.
Naturally, I contacted Forever 21's customer service. I contacted them 3 time actually. Each representative claimed that the package was prematurely scanned as delivered. Meaning that USPS scanned the package and it was marked as delivered in the system even if it wasn't delivered. They suggested that I should wait 10 business days (2 full weeks) and wait for the package. If it is not delivered, i have to contact them and then move forward (they still won't tell me what the next steps are.)
Has any one else had an experience like this? What happened? Did you receive your package within the 10 days after it was prematurely delivered? How did they handle the situation if you didn't receive it?

I bought several items for my niece and sister-in-law who's birthday's we are celebrating in 4 days. I paid extra for expedited shipping which is supposed to be 2-3 business days max. Mind you, I also ordered at 7 AM... day 2 the items haven't even shipped! How on earth are these items supposed to meet their 3 day max if they haven't even shipped on day 2? I called the customer service number and an automated system said they were closed on Sunday's and disconnected. IT'S THURSDAY! WTF? Needless to say, these items are NOT going to arrive on time and I did NOT get the Expedited shipping I paid extra for and you can't even contact customer service to see if their system isn't reflecting a shipment that we haven't been notified of. First and LAST time I ever shop with this company. Whenever these items actually arrive, I will have to send them back as these birthdays and the celebration we are attending will have already passed and we will have already bought something else at a local store. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!

I was waiting for a promotion on some items that I really wanted and when the promotion came I was so happy and ordered everything from forever21.com on Sept 6 and received a confirmation email. Now on Sept 8 I get an email saying my order is cancelled, apparently because I entered my cellphone in my billing information instead of my home phone.
So I call the company thinking I'll make the payment again with them and get my order. But no. Once they cancel the order they can't reinstate it, and if you order again they won't give you back the promotion you had, what a scam! I tried talking to a supervisor but "one is not available". Now I am a very UNHAPPY customer! Why don't you call me before cancelling the order to try to take the payment again? Why can't you apply the same promotion if you already did cancel the order, by manually adjusting the bill on a new order? Because NO ONE CARES! The Philipinos you speak to don't give a damn. Oh and they also lie to your face. I was told the cancellation email was sent on the same day as I placed the order, but in fact it was sent on the 8th, two days later, when the promotion had expired.
I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM HERE. Save your nerves and shop somewhere else because this company has no respect for their customers and will not offer you any solutions, they just repeat the same bs like a broken record! I'm fuming.
Answer: Yes, its horrible customer service and if you return items purchased online to the return address provided. The items disappear even with postal tracking to say it was delivered. I return 8 pair of jeans in the same box original box. Forever 21 warehouse said i rerurn 1 item. Does not make sense to pay $20.00 delivery confirmation to return 1 pair of $8.00 jeans. Be aware, someone in the warehouse does not scanning the return items and keep it for their own use or sale. Which makes it bad for honest customers that want to return items for exchange. Customer service was no help and basically said nothing was return but 1 pair of jeans. I ask for warehouse contact information, i was told its confidential. Do not purchase!
