Foam Factory provides a superlative product at a reasonable cost. I bought a latex mattress and a 2 inch, 5 lb. tempurpedic type foam topper. Together they cost me $700. The latex bed alone at the local mattress store was $1500. Foam Factory gives you choices you do not have elsewhere, e.g., the density of the foam, sizes, including the elusive full mattress. I have been extremely pleased with their products and highly recommend Foam Factory to you.
Ordered 2 pieces of neoprene. One was ok, the other had 5"x8" portion torn off.
Now they ask that I package up and return the damaged piece, then wait for a new piece, which they did offer to send. Buying a piece of neoprene should not be this adventurous. Customer service seems willing to help resolve, but their quality control leaves a lot to be desired. Will look elsewhere for future purchases.
