Yes. Please help Flight Network go bankrupt. It's easy. Simply don't buy any plane tickets from them. Here's our story:
Booked fligths to Europe which included a direct flight home to Montreal. Some weeks later, we recieved an email telling us that our direct flight had been changed to the flight from hell, one with a 10-hour overnight lay-over in Brussels. Called Flight Network and the friendly customer service man told us that we could get our original direct flight back. That was untrue. Four days later, with no confirmation having been recieved, we emailed FN. Even though the direct flight was still being offered on their web site, they informed us that it was no longer available. Again, a false staement. The next day we called them. Our initial direct flight was still on their web site. Another customer service guy told us the flight was "not available." I pointed out that I was staring at their web site and the flight was clearly being offered. Got some mumbo-jumbo explanation and a "not available." I responded, "Ok. How about the flight with only an hour and a half lay-over in Paris?" Response, "Not available." Asked for another flight that was on their web site. Same response. It should be noted that these "Not available" prononcements were uttered instantly. He took no time to consult his computer. These were clearly lies as our initial direct flight and the others requested were all on the FN website.
So, you can avoid a lot of aggravation and bother by not purchasing tickets from Flight Network. And, if they do go bankrupt, their beleaguered employees will almost certainly find new jobs at another company, one that doesn't force them to lie for a living.

HORRIBLE
October 28, 2015

Flight Network and FLY FAR are the same company. I booked a flight in Thailand with them and when I went to review the flight booking Air Asia the confirmation did not show up. I attempted to call Fly Far, waited 1 hr and no one ever picked up their 24 hr number. I contacted through the chat at Air Asia the following day, they stated that first they could not find the reservation and then when found any checkin or seat assignment had to be done through the booking agency. I again attempted to reach FLY FAR, waited another hour, and again no one answered their 24 hr number. After another attempt the following day, I rebooked the flight myself and attempted to contact fly and emailed them for a refund. 2 days later I had an email saying they had called me numerous times however there was no number or messages left on either my land line or cell. I tried to call the number that was attached to the email from Abeer and left a message. No return call. I emailed Abeer, no return email. I called again same thing. After 5 emails I got an email that Air Asia is reviewing the refund request with the case numbers. These case numbers do not show up when I try and reach Air Asia. I tried to contact Air Asia again and they state that this has to go through Fly Far. But that there is no record but I still have the duplicate booking. I again tried to email Abeer and call them. No return. I emailed Flight Network with my concerns and my documents, no return. I called again. No one available to assist me. I just got off the phone and again no one can assist me until tomorrow. Tomorrow I leave for Thailand. When I contacted my credit card company they could do nothing as the agencies are in Canada and Out of the country. It appears the best I can do is attempt to inform the public.

I had always trust in flightnetwork and used them couple of times before. I am trying to invite my sister to come visit us along with my father so last night I bought 2 tickets, extra plan of cancellation ( cause I am not sure if she will get the visa) and their premium support package which includes:

Expedited Email Replies: Email Responses within 3-6 hours.

Expedited Refunds: We will immediately escalate any refunds in the event of cancellation. The repayment time is 3 business days after the money has been received by the airline.

Immediate VIP Phone Support Line: Dedicated and expedited phone service with 24/7 coverage (TF North America 1 *******404 - Int'l +001 *******005) Email vipsupport at flightnetwork.com

Priority Schedule Change Support: Immediate actioning if a schedule change has been sent to us from the airline.

By mistake I typed her second name missing only one letter (A), I realized that once I received their email ( the booking confirmation, not the actual e-tickets), right away I contacted them by email asking to add this letter. Kept waiting until the morning, no reply. I called, the representative told me ( you have to cancel the ticket and buy it again for 200$ extra!, I said oh may be he's new. I googled online what should you do in case of name misspelling and all the answers were like contact the booking company asap and usually up to 3 letters no charge, more than that it depends.
I called once again and another representative repeated the same thing, I was sooooo upset about this abuse and decided to cancel the 2 tickets and not deal with them. He said even though you have purchased your cancel protection plan, it won't cover you cause it's a willing cancel ( i said yes, cause i don"t accept blackmailing. And obviously she will get denied because of this missing letter that they still can fix it but no, I have to complicate your life until you accept to pay extra). Finally I canceled the 2 tickets and they charged me 148$ fees

Pésima experiencia
June 30, 2024

Fraudulent vibes, and Zero customer service
August 8, 2022

Booked return flights, noticed 3 days later the last letter of my surname was incorrect, an m instead if and n, 100% typo. Called waited 1.2hrs inline, was told that I had to sent copy of my passport to change, it was a domestic flight but they insisted I need to do that. Then they would create a request to another of their departments to then contact the airline and get permission to do so. This could take upto 10 working days, I informed them (even though they could clearly see the dates on the system) that I was due to fly in 9days time. Was then told to just call the airline directly,
Which I did and they couldn't do it because I used a third-party to make booking, informed that it was no issues or charge as they allow upto 3 letter changes in name due to misspelled. Called flightnetwork back 1.1hrs inline waiting to have new information told to me that, I don't need my passport because it's domestic. An Email with the request to change the last letter was sent to the department who will process this, a fee of $54 and $40 x2 for the airline, return tickets! I informed that I have already spoken to the airline and down loaded the pdf with upto 3 letter correction process at no cost, but it fell on deaf ears, to which they said I will receive a call to pay the fees, they will only call me once and if I miss it they won't call back and I will have to call and have the process start all over again!... when should I expect a call given the flight dates... they didn't know, couldn't say! And guess what my friends NOBODY CALLED!
Thank god when I got to the airport the staff Virgin and Qantas were Professional and helpful it was fixed on the spot. The fact that I was stressed, waiting for that call really made my time leading upto my trip suck. NEVER AGAIN

"Never Again!"
November 15, 2022

Well it started off with several changes to our booking. Each time I called the flight network all of the attendants could barely speak any english. When I got an email 2 days before our flight that said our flight had been cancelled. I called the FN call centre and when I told them i received an email that our flight had been cancelled they respond with "you want to cancel your flight". This seems to be the only thing they know how to do. So we apparently rebooked our return flight for the 30th of October instead of the 29th. When we showed up for our outbound flight on October the 11th. We where told that all of our bookings had been cancelled OUTBOUND and Return. Luckily for us there was still seats available on our flights for the original booking. The airline (JAL) and Flight network both deny responsibility and neither has offered any compensation for an additional day I had to take off of work. Then to top it off the cancellation and disruption insurance through "AIR HELP" said we had no claim. IN SHORT, DO NOT EVER USE FLIGHT NETWORK OR BOOK WITH JAPAN AIRLINES. AND CERTAINLY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON AIR HELP TO INSURE YOUR FLIGHTS. ALL 3 ARE A COMPLETE WASTE OF SKIN, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ANY OF THESE 3 COMPANIES.
