I booked a flight, thinking I could get a full refund within 24 hrs. If I changed my mind. They were happy to provide a full refund for the ticket but charged $100.00 for their own company. I will not book with them in the future.

I got through all the misleading prompts for addons and put in my payment information, clicked on the "terms and conditions" link and there was no option to return to the payments page. The previous tab indicated there was a problem. I had to start all over and the price was raised $20.

Many separate charges for very ordinary tasks that are included with other packages for ticketing...the process was lengthy and not customer friendly in my view...but it worked to get tickets so it's OK

Terrible service and overcharging.

Tried to cancel a reservation less than 2 hrs after it was made. Representative was very hard to understand and they eventually charged me over $122 for a reason I still don't understand. I won't use them again!
