Trying to get ahold of a customer service rep on the phone was very difficult. It took me 3 different attempts after waiting on hold for over an hour on 2 of those attempts. I had to cancel a flight I booked for my mother, and Flight Network refused to refund the ticket even though the airline authorized a full refund for the ticket. I will never use your service to book a flight again,
Cost of adding a checked bag is not listed and none is included in ticket. As a foreign passenger this is extremely inconvenient as you offer no guarantee that I can even have a checked bag.
I never heard of a flight that does not allow checked bags
I simply don't like when I am offered endless extra priced services or insurances. Not being able to choose a free seat on an transatlantic flight is terrible. Now I wonder if I will get a seat at the airport. That's adding to stress of traveling.

The worst agents for flight booking that i have ever seen, they took the payment, send the booking details to email but at some point, later the ticket got cancelled. On the day of the flight from the onboarding counter we came to know that the ticket is not existing at all. We had to book for the next early flight then with three higher than the former booking. Now liaising with them for the refund, but there is nobody to assist except the virtual chat session, which takes hours for checking just the status. If there is an option not to give any stars, i would have chosen that.
Finally a user friendly airline web sight! You made the experience stress free.

I'm very disappointed with what happen to me in your agency.When l booking the ticket l entered the data according to my passport but l could entered only first name Aldona but the second Anna I could not because it said l was using the wrong font.l entered several times and was still the same and l could not enter any more data.l decided left only the first name Aldona and there was no problem any more.But the fakt that there were to be two Names Aldona,Anna bothered me a lot so 18.09.24 l called you and l was informed that l would receive new e-mile with Aldona,Anna Misiak.l did not receive it so 19.09.24 l called you again and was told that adding name Anna to my first Aldona would cost me 60C$ and West Jet may want a fee.l do not feel guilty and l am very angry and from today l will avoid your agency.
I have no confidence in how Flight Network integrates with the airline reservation system. The reservation/email provides zero, nada information about seat assignments. This is an extremely unacceptable and unprofessional way to do business.
It had many Fee's options, but very easy to avoid.
It was easy to book the flight. What I did not like was that there was a cost to choose a seat even though I booled a premium seat. Since I am going on a group trip, I did not need to purchase Flight Insurance as the group is purchasing this separately.
