This was my first time purchasing wheels & tires. I did feel timid & unsure about my purchase not knowing exactly what will fit on my car & how I would like them. Honestly, I shopped around a lot for my wheels, but decided on Fitment Industries. If you get the tires with the wheels you would be hard pressed to beat the price. The customer service is awesome! My wheels came in in perfect condition, mounted and balanced, & ready to go. If you have any questions about your fitment or anything with your setup you can get it answered by the professionals you're in contact with here, or even through some of there many YouTube videos.

I've been in the market for a new set of rims and tires for my 2014 Honda Accord Touring. I've looked at several online stores and local shops. No one came close to overall knowledge and customer service than Fitment Industries, period. My Fitment rep Anthony was extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable in making sure he got everything right and exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend anyone that's in the market for wheels and tires, or suspension to visit Fitment Industries online, you won't be disappointed.

Fitment Industries messed up my order bad. They give you an option to put in the info for your car but don't use it. I ordered 4 rims, tpms, new lugs, and a tire care package, and guess what, When I got the rims only 2 rims had the correct lug pattern and did not receive any of the other little extras. Then they have the audacity to say that I can't get the 2 rims with the wrong lug patterns replaced. They are the definition of the word garbage, and I do not recommend purchasing their products.

Response was quick. Orders were put out with the highest priority. Prices unmatched. Just overall out did yourselves. If only y'all had the wheels I wanted then I probably just would've gotten the whole set from y'all. I've been scouting since but was only able to pull the trigger recently. I purchased a set of four tires (just tires - no wheels, no mounting, balancing or anything complicated) that were in stock. A week later my order still hasn't moved from "order being prepped". Emailed customer service, no response yet. I thought I would give these guys a try, but I'll be cancelling my order if I don't get a response by tomorrow. TireRack would have shipped already.

I placed a wheel and tire order to replace bent wheels. The website advertised that the order I had created was in stock (the website is awesome. Whoever built it did a wonderful job). I placed the order and did not receive notification until 1 week later that the wheel I ordered was not actually in stock. I proceed to receive several unhelpful emails and wait 3 months for the order to be shipped. Upon arrival, the tires fitment had mounted were out of balance. One of tires did not hold pressure and they told me it was not covered by warranty which means I get to buy a new replacement tire. Worst customer experience I've had in a long time.

Bought wheels and tires from Fitment industries. 2 of the wheels came damaged (from shipment, not from factory) they were able to get me options so move forward with a very fast response. And was able to accept a partial refund to cover any repair necessary for the cosmetic defect. Will definitely be doing business with them again.

Fitment industries confirmed fitment on several different emails and the valve stem (tucked deep in the wheel well) does not clear the base model (non performance pack) factory calipers. Have received no guidance from fitment as to what to do next.

I liked all the options but it would be less time consuming if the wheels made in multiple colors were in one link, rather than having to see it 4-5 different times in the list, just in a different color. It was confusing when picking the tires because this order is for a 1999 Forester and the site didn't have the option. I had to choose an Impreza, but I know the set up will fit my Forester. I got my order and everything fits perfectly! The shipping experience was different… I had to make an appointment for drop off (between 8-1) and they operate in central time. My order was also 1 week late. Overall I'm happy with the products, but not as much with the process.

Wheel prices went up from last month and the same wheel was $200 off as the one in a different offset and that one was in stock.
Update: Joey called me and walked me through the issues I was having just hours after my initial review and I can say he offered the best service I've ever had. 10 outta 10 will recommend FI for any wheel or suspension purchases from now on!

Bought a wheel and tire package, mounted and balanced, plus tpms sensors, plus ceramic coating. 2 days after putting the wheels on I had issues with 3 of the sensors, then I noticed that one of the tires had been mounted backwards, then I found out they didn't even ceramic coat the wheels. I understand mistakes happen but that's more than 1 mistake on the same order. I thought I could spend the extra money to have them all ready to go when they arrived, but instead I had to go back and fix half of the issues myself. It was a bit disappointing. Rims and tires look nice though so there's that at least

Fitment industries has made my first online wheel buying experience awesome. The wheels and tires came extremely fast, with no damage to the items being shipped. They fit perfectly. I also had a t-shirt ordered and I messed up my address and it got returned. Not only is the website easy to navigate, you can get a better idea of what will fit with the gallery. Something that blew me away was the customer service. Since I took a while to find the right fitment, they actually called me, to see if I needed help choosing the right parts. I will definitely continue to use Fitment Industries for my suspension and wheels in the future.
