Great price, service, and delivery!
Disappointed with Firstclasstvs. The TV is wonderful. A salesman called me 2 days after buying the TV. He wanted me to buy "white glove delivery service". I did. The delivery people delivered the TV. They brought it into the house. Opened the box. Pulled the TV outside of the box, pulled the Styrofoam from the box placed the TV bock into the styrofoam. Plugged in TV turned it on. It worked. I was asked to sign the paper work and they left. Leaving everything. I was left to install the mount and put it on the mantle. For all this i paid 79.00 dollars. Not worth the price.DON'T PAY FOR THIS SERVICE. I CAN'T RECOMMEND THEM!
Great price and good overall experience
I ordered two TVs. They were delivered several days apart. The first one was delivered and the delivery drivers took the TV out the box, turned it on and then left it on the floor - they said they could not put it back in the box. The second TV was delivered several days later and the bottom of the box was literally falling apart because it was so wet. Fortunately it did work when I turned it on. However, it will be hard to move the TV in the box because it is shredded on the bottom.

Every part of the experience went great except when it arrived and the couple guys that unpacked and checked the TV smelled awful (which stunk up my house for hours). They each asked to use the bathroom and one of them peed on the floor. Come the F- on.
