This is an amazing TV and I snagged it for a great price. Shipping was free and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
Overall smooth experience. Took a little bit of time for delivery (shipped from CA to NC on freight) but everything is great. The gentleman delivered has hooked up the TV to power to ensure that it Powers up and works correctly!

I was fully satistfied with my purchase. I knew going in that the shipping would be a bit slow(having read the reviews) and I was okay with that. It was marked shipped and my card was charged the following day. The only complaint was that length of time that my card was charged and the item was delivered. Because of the price and value of the item and my satisfaction with the tv, I remain fully satisfied with this purchase.

For $150 White glove service was disappointing must have misunderstood for the money they bring it in the house and unbox it and plug it in. And that is all I thought they set it up my mistake $150 seems like a lot of money just for that.
Everything actually went well I just did not like the way customer service came off. They weren't mean or anything and I had zero issues but they did not come off as professional and it actually sketched me out. I think professionalism and looking good goes a long way. I highly recommend cleaning that up a little bit and keeping your emails formal. I guarantee customers will be more comfortable. They were also very responsive which was good. Long story short it felt like I was texting a teenager.
Answer: Shipping insurance is not a scam. When you are shipping a fragile item that costs thousands of dollars it must be insured. We quote the shipping insurance afterwards so the customer can save the most money. If we included in the price you would pay much more than you would need to since shipping insurance is a variable cost. Keep in mind that after the shipping insurance you are still receiving the TV at the lowest price in the nation GUARANTEED. Its a simple concept to understand. Some customers unfortunately cannot grasp the concept but we have thousands that do and get to enjoy these great TVs and AMAZING PRICES.
