Got an LG E8 at a steal of a price. The only downside is It took about 3 weeks to deliver, but thankfully I wasn't in a hurry.
I was a bit hesitant since the seller is listed on the LG website as not one of their direct sellers and one of many to be weary of (some of which I've bought other electronics from in the past without issue). But the price sold me, and I got the square trade warranty as insurance. From reading other reviews before I bought, I saw some reviewers got phone calls upselling the shipping insurance. I didn't get a phone call like that, which may or may not be because of already getting the square trade warranty at time of purchase.
The delivery guys were very professional, asked me where I wanted the TV, unpacked it, plugged it in and made sure it was working properly, and even asked where I'd like them to put the box it came in.
This replaces my Sony 55" x850D. That TV is not bad, but no joke, my wife and I are awed by the inky blacks in comparison, and very happy with our purchase.

TV came in good condition. Delivery guys brought it upstairs and plugged it in to show it worked, which brought peace of mind.
TV delivered in perfect condition. Main concern is Firstclasstvs.com is identified as unsupported on LG's warranty list, as is ielectrica. But...this is my 2nd LG OLED purchase involving ielectrica, the first in July, 2017. I have yet to test the LG warranty issue. I purchased the CPS extended warranty(ironically from ielectrrica, price shopped ebay) for both tvs. LG does require product source proof on registration but I had no difficulties when registering either TV with LG or CPS. I would buy again(saved a $1000). Delivery was white glove(unnecessary if you have someone to help with trivial un boxing). I'm in a wheelchair so no other option. Overall a good experience, it took 20 days from purchase to delivery and tracking was available.

Your company directed me to contact shipper for delivery which I did with no response then you said to contact you direct which I did. Delivery was over the dates and communication horrible. Thanks for asking. Drivers estimate delivery was incorrect but when they delivered they did everything perfect
The tv was defective upon arrival. I was able to contact customer service and get a partial refund. Overall the experience was good in the end.

I was notified of the TV delivery schedule shortly after placing order. The TV was delivered on the correct date. In-home delivery service was excellent. No issues at all with the TV itself.

Our concern is with the delivery process. Some confusion and misinformation regarding our delivery day/time; multiple people attempted to help but didn't seem to be communicating with each other. Finally, we were told we would receive delivery between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM --- but the truck called us at 5:45 AM - wanting to deliver at 6:00 AM! The only thing we can think of is that the customer service people were using East coast time instead of MST. Need some quality control/training in their customer service.

Answer: Shipping insurance is not a scam. When you are shipping a fragile item that costs thousands of dollars it must be insured. We quote the shipping insurance afterwards so the customer can save the most money. If we included in the price you would pay much more than you would need to since shipping insurance is a variable cost. Keep in mind that after the shipping insurance you are still receiving the TV at the lowest price in the nation GUARANTEED. Its a simple concept to understand. Some customers unfortunately cannot grasp the concept but we have thousands that do and get to enjoy these great TVs and AMAZING PRICES.
Answer: Yes, you get a call after you order. I canceled the order, sounded like scammers.
