Great experience, very happy with TV
Great online TV buying experience. The shipping time/delivery date was somewhat opaque but the item arrived in perfect condition within a reasonable time frame. The price was/is as good a price as seen ever on the TV.
Would purchase from this company again.

The TV is great! The shipping was a little wonky however. Took longer than ideal to get here and the tracking system didn't really make sense. When it was delivered one person carried my TV from the truck to my house even though there was a second guy in the truck. It was pretty terrifying to see one dude with my brand new 65 inch oled tv balancing up on his shoulder but thankfully it all worked out in the end.
Product was as advertised and price in some instances $500 plus less than other retailers.

It was a little different dealing with their third party freight shippers. The scheduling and communication with the shippers could have been better, but I was impressed that they unpacked the TV, plugged it in, and inspected it before leaving me with the hassles of returning a bulky TV.
Other reviewers stated that they were contacted after purchase to upgrade for shipping insurance (which seems completely scam-ish since the condition of the product should be guaranteed and checked (which it was) by the shipper. These reviewers made me reluctant to make the purchase.
In the end however I was pleased with the product, process, and delivery was quicker than I had been led to believe it would be (perhaps because I am in NJ).
My TV was delivered ahead of the promised delivery date and it was new in the factory sealed box. The delivery guys opened the box as and made sure that the TV was functioning properly.
I have an $1899.00 TV new out of the box with plastic still covering the screen that does not work. No physical damage per LG inspection, and I'm not blaming Firstclasstv for a defective TV, but I have still have not received authorization to return the TV, or return shipping instructions. I will still re-purchase another TV from FirstclassTV as I have no reason to believe this issue will not be resolved, but the process is taking too long to resolve.

At the time of the purchase of my 65" TV, the add said free shipping. But, After I purchased my TV, I was sent an email stating that they did not deliver to my location (inside the USA) and that they would cancel the purchase. I had to ask them if I could pick it up. They said I could, but made no attempt to compensate me for my expenses. I only asked for what it would have cost them to deliver to a location they DID deliver too. They absolutely refused to compensate me in any way. They only said, you had a choice to pick up the TV or cancel the purchase. UGH!
Emailed them a question and got no response. Happy with product and delivery.
Shipped quickly and arrived quickly with no issues.
