They destroyed packages and approved a claim for the cost of the damaged goods ($84). Then they charged me for the shipping ($148) and when I filed a claim for that they came back and said that because it was Fed Ex Ground they will not refund it because the "money back guarantee" doesn't apply to Ground. Absurd - so they think they can charge for shipping an item that they themselves admit they destroyed in the shipping process. This company is out of control.
First day guy never rang my doorbell while I was in the house so he didn't leave my package Plus I watch him put the wrong package on my door they come back and bring the right package just to take it again. I called FedEx you got to run around for the last three days still waiting on my package
HAAAAATES fu$#@! Ex with a passion package has been in Pearl Mississippi for 3 days saying in transit no movement now it says pending! Fu#$ing ridiculous then calls customer service and can't get no straight forward answer on why it's just sitting there! They needs to be put out of business
An expensive item clearly marked on box what it contained was left at the end of my drive by the road. Anyone driving by could have scooped it up. Common sense people! I have a front porch it should have been left on. Just glad I had my alerts on and was not gone when it was delivered. BTW: they lost the first one I ordered and I've waited over two weeks to get my product. I called Custormer service was told the delivery person can leave the package wherever they want. So I didn't have a complaint! Really poor service. I have my delivery preference set to front porch in my FedEx app.
I typically would have provided a 5 star for FedEx but as of the last months, possibly 6 months, service has been horrible. The delivery from today is a prime example. It was delivered on the side of the road 1 mile from my house. In addition, it is pouring down rain and the order is dogfood. The last order was an electronic and is was delivered about 1/2 mile from the house in inclement weather. It would appear that the driver is afraid of melting from getting wet or something. Absolutely horrible service by the latest driver they put in charge of my route. Do better! Tried attaching the picture sent by FedEx but it won't allow it to attach...proof that they don't want their own evidence used against them. Amazing.

I have been waiting for 7 days for my package to be delivered. Each day I get the notice that it is on the truck for delivery and each day it doesn't show up. Spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to find out why and after finally getting the robot to transfer me to a representative she tells me it it is on the truck and will be there by end of day. Well what do you know it is still not here. This is the 4th time they have done this to us and each time we end up having to go to the facility that is 40 minutes away to pick up the package our selves.
10 out of the last 10 deliveries I was to receive were late. Delivery status updates are now unheard of and you frequently receive "Updated Delivery Pending" notices. There have been occasions when I have attempted to wait for the delivery to ensure I was home, but that only results in wasted time.
On my bucket list, to share through as many channels as I can find to protect other people from this. Cancer meds, necessary life saving meds. You can't get a live rep to stress the urgency. Unbelievable, You need to take this review serious. Be wise, this is a nightmare. This review will not change who they are. You need to protect yourself and choose another service. I vow to to public exposure about this

FedEx damaged my package. It was a Black Friday special from Walmart. Instead of taking responsibility for it, they sent the package back to Walmart who refunded the item and REFUSE to replace it or give me the same Black Friday price. FedEx staff were rude! Did nothing to fix the problem! Then, hung up on me several times. Walmart and FedEx don't care about their customers! They're ridiculous!
They tick me off with their lies. You pay for 2 day expedited shipping and verything stays on track. They even notify you that you will be receiving your package the next day and even when it's out for delivery. But, when they try to be slick and change the expected delivery date last minute, the text updates stop, and they won't notify you of that. It pisses me off that you pay good money to get it within a certain time frame but, they just do what they want and customer service helps ZERO!
Driver delivered 2 packages, maybe 30 lbs. In stead of coming up the stairs and leaving it at the door (where it is less prone to theft and out of the elements, they placed them at the bottom of the steps in plain view of the street and where they could be rained on. Called customer service. They advised me that the driver can leave the packages "anywhere on the property". How unprofessional can you be! No wonder they have a 1.4 rating.
Ordered $235 worth of $#*! and they sent them to a whole different address and tried lying about it saying they came to my house and knocked on my door and gave it to me. I've been up since 7:30 (30 mins before opening) it my birthday present from my mom and they didn't seem like they cared at all and only answered the phone once when i called them (4 times i've called) and they were crappy the whole time and oh yeah i still don't have my package. They are the absolute worst and ruined my whole birthday. Hope your satisfied.
Never brings package to door - put downstairs on a chair where anyone can get it and I have to find out it's down there and lug it up myself.
Never had a problem with UPS! Can't do the job? Then get out of the Fed Ex truck! No wonder UPS is giving out raises to their drivers!
FedEx is the worse. Their tracking information is never right, packages are always lost. I tried setting up an account with FedEx Delivery Manager to send my packages to a new by FedEx location and you cannot even create an account. I have talked to their support team several times to correct the issue and it was never corrected. I have spend hours trying to set up an account and never could. It is a shame that anyone sending packages uses FedEx because it is extremely frustrating to their customers. I am not sure how they even stay in business!
All the positive reviews are lying. They must be FedEx employees. Never on time. They do not return calls. When you get them on the phone, more lies. They lost a package of mine for two weeks. Two weeks! The next time I order something and I find out it's being sent FedEx I will cancel my order and do business elsewhere. This is the last time I put up with their BS. Never again. I selected four stars because I could not select 0 stars. Hopefully this will get posted in positive reviews and people will hear the truth. Never use FedEx. My current delivery was supposed to be the 4th of June. That was put back to the 5th. Now they are saying the delivery is delayed again and they have no idea when it will be delivered.
You would think that once your package got in the delivery truck they would be delivered. Not at Fedex in Rockford, IL. They get in the truck 11/01/2021 and are delivered 11/04/2021. The end of taped closed after Fedex tore it open. I have told all my suppliers I will not use them if they use Fedex.
I order a lot on line and sometimes it is shipped FedEx. I have lived in the same home for eight years and not once has this company delivered to my home. It either goes to a neighbor or I never see it at all. I have contacted them more than five times and even sent pictures of my home to no avail. In the future if someone ships via FedEx I will cancel the order.

These drivers appear to be incapable of delivering a package to the correct address. This has happened multiple times. And the company will not do anything to help us get the package. Horrible service!
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
