I ordered a Maryland resale certificate from them today. The confirmation email stated 3-5 business days for delivery. Well guess what, they delivered the filing confirmation in under an hour!

Ordered a permit in November 2 and per their website it would take about 10 business days. By December 11, I did not hear anything from them or receive my physical permit which I paid. More for. They responded that maybe I didn't wait long enough but at this point it had been well over 10 business days. Then they got back to me to tell me to call the tax board myself because of one thing or another so I asked them to refund me since the service I paid for was not rendered. Not only that, if I had not reached in on December 11, I'd probably still be waiting. As I am disputing their service they are extremely rude and still refuse to send me my physical permit. Avoid this company's and call the tax board yourself. It's free to go through the state, I paid because I figured it would be more convenient. Boy did they prove me wrong. Not only that, when I disputed with my bank they sent them a screenshot that says someone downloaded the permit on November 2, the day I placed the order. How is that even possible?

I literally got my sellers permit with 10 minutes of effort. When I checked in on a progress report, they got back to me within 24 hours. 10/10 recommend!

I am currently 18 just graduated high school, class of 2020, and I am starting up a business never would I have ever thought I would do this, it has never been a part of my plan. Something one day just gave me an urge to do so and so I brainstormed everything in one day and the next day bought everything I need to start a business (inventory and material-wise). Fast forward to two days later I am now getting paperwork situated to open up. My motivation to do this is in my late grandpa's honor who once had a business as well, I will be launching my business on his birthday September 25,2020. If you have time search my business up on Instagram at heavenlylakecustomz which I used the word lake in there since that was my grandpas middle name and I placed heavenly there because he is now in heaven. Fast filings was a very simple and fast process and me being only 18 (turned 18 about 2 weeks ago) and doing this on my own I don't know much it made it less stressful and that much easier.

This seems to a fake business. Paid 100 dollars for "fast filing", promised 1-2 business days with wait of extra 2 days so total 4 business days, but it's been twice that time, I have not heard anything. No response to email except for the automated response. I am not left with any option but to assume they're a scam. No phone number on the website should have been a big red flag. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Went online and looked up reviews and seemed legit. Paid for service for a certificate of authority for sales tax in NY and never received the cert- called NYS today - nothing on file for registration and fast filings has a phone # that pushes you to a "contact us" online which puts you in an email loop of nonsense. DO NOT USE!

It did take a little while to get my permit but I do live out of the state I was filing for, other than that it's takes two minutes to fill out the form and they had really great customer service

On a Sunday at 1pm I realized I needed a resale license for California to conduct some urgent business the next day. I paid the $45 expedite fee and by 7:30am THE NEXT morning I had my Seller's Permit. Not even 12 hours later. I was blown away and SO grateful I could take care of my business on-time and stress-free. Best $99 I've ever spent.

Buyer Beware: Despite emailing customer service moments after placing an order, company did not reply to my request to cancel for 72hrs, and instead processed my order. The auto-reply email I received after submitting my cancelation request stated they would reply to me within 24hrs. They purposefully sat on my email so they can process the order and then hide behind their ToS which states no refunds. They are also not BBB verified, must be hiding behind some DBA. The service prices they provided was also grossly inflate: they charged me 7x the rate if I had gone directly to the department of state website. All in all, a slim ball of a company.

I needed a sellers permit and I needed it fast! These guys definitely delivered. Even when I was having issues uploading some info they still got it done quick! 10/10 would recommend

I received my permit in a timely manner! And now am super excited on being able to reach more customers and variety to my small self starting business. Awesome service!
