I cannot say enough positive things about this service. When I had a question, they answered almost immediately. I had attempted several times to complete my forms for my sellers permit. I am from another state and it just was too complicated for me. Although the processing time stated was one to three weeks, this AMAZING processing company did it in DAYS! I Googled to get to the California State website to on-line file the Statement of Information. I got Fastfilings site, and didn't notice that they were an outside service, and charged $74 (California charges $25), nor double-confirm that amount like almost all legitimate sites. And even though I emailed them immediately to cancel, the response was that it was too late, as they process immediately (even on the weekend, when I entered the order). Pretty misleading and scammy.

I'm a new business owner that was doing research online to figure out what licenses I would need to get up and going as an e-commerce reseller of purses. Google led me to the CDFTA official site, and after some reading, I realized what license it was that I needed. I started the registration process on the government's website, but after getting through the first page, I found myself unsure of how to answer a few of the questions on page 2. I stopped filling that out and headed back to google for more guidance and thats when I saw the add pop up for fast filings. As I started the application process on their site, fully expecting to have it be somewhat long, I couldn't believe just how intuitive/easy to use their form was. Auto-fill in all the right places. I paid for expedited service. Well, I was done with the submission in 5 minutes tops! Less than 24 hours later I had my permit sitting in my inbox. Will definitely use them again! Couldn't recommend more

I used Fast Filings for their DBA service. It was incredibly easy and convenient, and only cost $50. They took care of all the DBA paperwork, mailed it to me ready to sign, and even included a prepaid envelope for me to mail it all in. Great service I will use again.

Needed a PA sales license. The PA state system is very very very bad and does not work. My CPA and I both tried over and over and couldn't figure it out.

Then I went to fast filings and they got everything done and over to us.

I mistakenly hit submit when I completed a Passport Renewal Request. I was actually just interested in finding more information. As soon as I did that I realized I didn't mean to and filed a cancellation request. Yes, I understand I apparently agreed to a no refund cancellation policy (although I didn't mean to hit submit). They do state on their website that despite that policy if you contact them the same day they may be able to help. I contacted them within 30 minutes and they refused to help.

We have attempted to get a hold of these people over the phone (left several message), via email (NO RESPONSE 4 TIMES), via U.S. Mail - package was returned stating that there is no such address! Scam artists as far as I am concerned.

I used fast fillings because filling directly through the cdtfa was a little confusing. There were some questions I didn't know how to answer and I'm glad I used fast fillings instead. It was super easy and I got my permit before the 10 days. I know you may be a little worried as to whether or not this is legit, but it is. I was worried about that too, but I'm glad I used them. I needed my sellers permit to be able to sell my handmade goods at street fairs and what-not and it was so easy. I recommend them for sure.

Everything was finalized within a decent amount of time. Probably about 2 weeks total. Rush if you need it sooner, otherwise standard turn around is likely fine! The staff sent me an email requesting any additional information needed and responded pretty quickly to my inquiries. Great service!

We needed a PA sales license for an upcoming trade event, and if we didn't have the license we wouldn't be able to enter the event. We did not realize until last minute that this was required, and this event was incredibly important to attend. Further, we already paid the event fees and paid for airfare and hotels.

I thought I was applying through my state website for my resale license. When they charged me $244.00 I thought gosh these things have really went up. Then I never received my licenses and still haven't I'm almost 70years old and that money doesn't come easy. Well I sent them an email and all they could say they didn't give refunds I found out my state only charges $50.00for resale license so why the heck do they need to charge me all that money, I still hadn't got my licenses nor a refund don't mess with them. I have proof they took that money out of my bank but I'm not putting my bank business on here for some other con two rob me!

Customer service was absolutely terrible. The only way to contact them was through the website and they would respond with a 'no reply' email (no reply email:email where you can't respond). They do not have a number to speak to a representative, so you will have to email them 3+ times to get an actual person to email you. But that's 8 days without your shipping time, to which they won't reply until day 10- still with no product which you paid for. Overall, just skip the extra- go to your states taxation page and fill out a FREE business application yourself. Save your money and the headache. WOULD RATE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD!

Finished my whole business license process in about 5 minutes. I have an artist's brain so this easy to understand platform was exactly what I needed! Thank you! Steven
