I think this place is a hoax they don't even give you a phone number to call I called vitals statistics and they told me they never heard of this site I want my money back but don't know how to get it
Total ripoff, bite the bullet and order your birth certificate straight from the source, I needed mine desperately and still do, the only thing they succeeded in doing was getting the cash off my credit card and that's the last I heard from them, they state 1 hour response when messaging them which becomes 24 business hours after sending a message but neither matter as they haven't responded nor have I received anything.
I need my birth certificate fast, after going thru the steps it then told me they would send paperwork to fill out and the process would takes weeks and cost additional money. Total over 100 dollars. I thried to cancel as their policy states that they would only refund HALF back but then they never called back OR responded to my emails which I sent within 10 minutes of placing my order. Do NOT use the. They will RIP you off
40 bucks is a ridiculous amount to pay for nothing because you still have to pay the county where you were born skip this scam sight and go to the county you get a free form and have to provide the same I.D. the only service they do is steal money you may not have
I had a slight issue with my form and payment and they were quick to reply to my needs and took care of my issue immediately, nice to know there are still people out there that are honest and willing to help!
I paid in June and got the package and sent it in August. I need it urgently and have no e-mail or number.

I cancelled within 20 minutes of ordering $70 and sent them an email this morning the dis not even acknowledge the fact that i cancelled but told me they sent out my packet?
Im going to dispute the charge with my credit card company DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE A SCAM
Their customer service is quick and responded very quickly to my requests for info. I also discovered that they have the ability to do social security cards as well as birth certificates.

Even though any individual can go and obtain a birth certificate without using a service, you guys are worth every last penny so that i didn't have to sit at a computer, make phones, and try to figure out the all of the processes it takes to get that certificate. You do this daily and know how to expedite things, i honestly cant believe how quickly this is showing up especially from Los Angeles county which is deathly slow. My certificate arrived much faster than I expected and faster than they quoted online. Wow, a company that actually over delivers! That's about as rare as it gets! Oh, and extra bonus- they responded to my email with a question immediately. Will use them again, HIGHLY recommended.
I needed my birth certificate to get a passport and did not have time to drive to the county office. Enter Fast Birth Certificates! I was able to order online and the process was very straight forward. They sent me the notary form and even included an example for how the form was filled out which was very helpful! I recently placed an order for a birth certificate package but later decided I did not need it. I sent in a ticket online to ask for my money back. I didnt even expect a reply let alone a refund but I was wrong, within the hour I had a reply and my transaction was voided. I needed a copy of my birth certificate FAST for a new job. At first I was sceptical that they would be able to deliver it on time. After my order had processed I read some negative reviews online and the pressure was getting to me. At one point I really thought I'd been scammed and I was going to have to drive 850 miles in order to begin my job on time. I recommend communicating with customer service via email, they were was on point. Not only did they answer all my questions. They caught/corrected an error in my application AND had to run two of my credit cards to get the order placed. Still my certificate got here in two business days. If you need a birth certificate fast go with this company.

My son needed a certificate for a driver license and we couldn't find it.
We placed an order on 9/23. A confirmation email stated that if they need anything further they would let me know via email. I got an email from a representative on 9/24 requesting a copy of my ID. I sent my ID which was a bit too blurry. The nice rep was very patient with me in helping me get a clear ID to them. I received the certificate in the mail today!

Submitted a request but needed to be cancelled. The staff was very responsive, friendly, accommodating and replied back almost immediately. They offered a full refund since it was cancelled the same day.
Very happy with this company. I was in a major rush to get a certificate and they delivered in less than a week. If I went directly to hall of records it would have taken a month!
