Fashionphile describes the condition of the used bag in details. Very easy to navigate the website. Only one issue, I found out the Chanel bag I purchased has cheaper retail price for brand new. Don't understand why used bag has more value than the brand new bag. Other than that pretty good shopping experience.

I am not only blown away by the prices but also by the transparency in any specific details/imperfections the bag/item has. So what you see on the site is what you're going to get. Shipping is literally 1 day, which makes me very happy. Yes, I trust that the products were authentic, but I had each item checked for authenticity by the actual LV/Chanel store in Miami, and they were both authentic products. So rest knowing that you're getting the real deal for a good deal.

There are a lot of selections on Fashionphile and the site is easy to navigate. I purchased a Chanel Gabrielle bag. It arrived safely and very well packaged. The condition of the bag was listed as 'excellent' on the site. I am slightly disappointed at the actual condition of the bag. It's not bad but could be better at the price range.

LV bag as described. Pics very accurate. Very fair price. I have been researching this bad for several months on several different resale sites. Shipping was a little slow. It took about 5 days for my bag to reach the shipping location after marked as shipped.

As it was a nightmare the process of paying the tax for importing in my country the bag from the US I would rather pay you instead so as to avoid such bottleneck my my tax authorities too much burreaucracy and too much effort for me to go through u professional UPs staff here in Greece. Overall the bag is amazing 🥰

Fashionphile usually has a higher than average price in my opinion for secondhand bags but you definitely get what you pay for. The photos are accurate, the descriptions are accurate and there's a normal return policy. I find the ease and layout of the site to be a bonus as well.

The bag that I purchased was in excellent condition. The only issue I had was that I paid for overnight shipping yet it took three days for the purchase to arrive. Other than that, I am very happy with the purchase.

It's beautiful and arrived perfectly packaged and in pristine condition- the presentation was nice! My only complaint- I was under the impression that I would have to sign for this package via UPS and was disappointed to see that this very expensive bag was left on my porch without having to sign for it. So glad it didn't end up in the wrong hands and can't wait to enjoy my new purchase!

Loved the more casual vibe of the in-store shopping experience at the New York Flagship. The fashion advisors were able to find me the bags I wanted to try quickly and gave me time and space to try them on. The bag I ended up buying was the direct result of my in-store experience - if I had not been to the store, I wouldn't have bought it online.

However, my most recent purchase was a letdown. The item I received was much more worn than expected, and for the price, it didn't feel worth it. The condition didn't match the description or the photos as well as my previous orders did.

Just received the most GORGEOUS Chanel hoops from Fashionphile! This is my second purchase, and items have been exactly as described and pictured both times. Very quick shipping and beautifully packaged. You can't go wrong!

I ordered this item for an event and paid for overnight shipping. It arrived just in time which was the day before the event. It was lovely as expected. Received compliments on it. The only thing is that it was missing more stones in the CD logo part than I expected. I looked at the pictures thoroughly and the read the description so I expected some missing stones but there were more than I was expected. I wish there would have been better pictures of the defects. In any case, they shipped fast and I would buy it again.

I received my bag two weeks after the original purchase. While the bag itself is great, the shipping and communication was poor. The UPS tracking said "Label created but UPS doesn't have package yet" for over a week. I contacted the company 3 times and they said they would call me back to resolve the issue. The bag was sitting in the warehouse the entire time without being shipped. They found the bag and overnighted it, however, still did not contact me back. Communication could be improved, as well as shipping.

The Gucci handbag was delivered later than expected. I paid more to get it delivered early; but received two days later than expected. With the exception of the zipper closure issue, the Gucci handbag is in pretty good condition.
