To cut an extremely long story short, I brought 3 tickets to a Champions League game last October, however the tickets never arrived and the day before the game fanpass said they could look for alternative tickets. I declined and asked for a refund which i was told i would receive within 14 days.

6 MONTHS LATER i still have not received any money, Fanpass ignore all of my emails and just keep saying the below, they say you can contact their team but I haven't received a reply for long time now! Are you all on a 1 year holiday?

Your seller indeed failed into providing the tickets and we advised you by email that we were happy to provide you with replacement tickets in a better stand at NO extra cost. You refused the proposal and asked for a full refund which has been processed already.

I had an awful experience with Fanpass because I bought a ticket for the match between Liverpool and Manchester City for a specific day (Saturday 13th of January) but the day of the match was postponed in one day. I had arrived in Liverpool specially for the match and I had to come back home the next day. Fanpass didn't give me any solution and I had to miss my flight. Fanpass just told me I had to speak with the seller who wanted to pay me for the ticket less than the half of the original price. A serious company, at least, have to give warranties to respect the original conditions but Fanpass didn't help in anything.

I ordered tickets as part of a 3 day short break, tickets didn't arrive as promised 48 hours before the event. As I was travelling nearly 300 miles prior to the event I became nervous and wanted to know when they would arrive and whether I'd need to change my travel plans. Response from Fanpass was extremely slow and very unhelpful, until 24 hours before the event they contacted me to inform me the tickets would be e-tickets, as such we set off on our journey.

Later that day with us 300 miles away we receive another email saying the tickets had been posted, I explained we had left after their earlier message and couldn't go back in time. Their response was "It says on our site we will post" I said "So why tell us it was an E-Ticket?" needless to say they were unreachable via any means other than a very slow email service which they laughingly call "Chat".

By far the worst online purchasing experience I have ever had, a real bunch of cowboys.

Be warned.

I "bought" 3 tickets from a "trustable and certified seller" at Fanpass (1200 punds). I wanted to give a special gift. My son had his christian confirmation a week before the game (Tottenham - Man U). Two weeks before the Tottenham game I tried to contact them. No answers but a standard reply. No phone - no contact.

Then 5 five days before I finally got an email saying that the tired to contact their "trusted and certified seller". But I guess no luck. I kept emailing but no answers.

2 days before the game they offered me away supporters tickets from a partner (half value). They still had regular tickets on sale on their site. I had to say yes. I have paid flights and hotel already and my son was begging me.

On match day (5 hours before the game) they suddenly sent a email. The away tickets were on my hotel (they claimed). We went back across London to the hotel. NO TICKETS. We waited for an hour. This was part of their scam - stupid me how could I believe them.

So now back in Denmark they dont want to refund because their partner has delivered the away tickets at the hotel. I got the hotel to write a note claiming it wasn't delivered. But Fanpass don't believe me or the hotel.

So we ended up in London trying the get tickets and trying to get hold on Fanpass spending 1200 punds (plus flights and hotel) on endless emails and unfulfilled dreams. My son was devastated.

A clever but very untasty scam from fanpass.

Please dont ever buy at Fanpass, it is one big *******@Fanpass dont reply with your standard replies... Our customer service will get... Because you dont deliver any service and very soon you dont have any customers.

It is now 5 days since the match and their partner can't show the delivery note but Fanpass dont return the money? FAKE COMPANY. DONT USE

A little bit sceptical when ordered. But at the end quick customer service and great experience!
